Democrats rigging Pennsylvania elections.

IF YOU CANT WIN WITHIN THE RULES , CHANGE THE RULES

IMPEACHMENT OF TRUMP IS THE THE REAL GOAL

Image result for pennsylvania reapportionment commission

The Democratic Pennsylvania supreme court recently overstepped its authority and changed the boundaries of the Federal Representative districts to ensure that the Democrats can win the majority of house seats in Pennsylvania. The supreme court does not have the authority to change boundaries. This function, according to the Pennsylvania Constitution is reserved for the legislature.

This came after the same democratic controlled court ruled only 2 weeks before the beginning of the primary season that the present boundaries gave republicans an advantage. They ordered them to redraw the lines, which they did, but not to the the liking of the court, which then made the changes themselves. This is a gross overreach by the court, and impeachment proceedings should be commenced against these judges.

Pennsylvania apportionment is spelled out in the Constitution, it was reformed in 1968. It is based on the U.S. census which is taken every 10 years. There is then a commission formed made up of 4 members from each party and a chairmen. There duty then is to draw lines with the required number of citizens in each district. They are required to try to keep counties as intact as possible. They then publish their results and if there any complaints they are sent to the supreme court to decide. When all are satisfied and all disputes decided then the boundaries become law for 10 years. This was all accomplished in 2011 and is law until 2021.

After the 2020 census these rules will be up for negotiation. But to hell with the law and the rules, they want to make the changes now.

The democrats have decided that they want to retake the U.S. House of Representatives with the expressed idea of impeaching President Trump and  they are engaging in the most outrageous attempts to subvert state constitutions anywhere they have a democratic controlled court. These fights are going on in many states.

They continue to attempt to overturn the election of 2016. They give no thought as to how they are destroying any confidence in the electoral process and the rule of law. The pursuit of political power and advantage is all that matters.

Do they really think about the consequences if they are successful. They will only have the option to rule with dictatorial power as all confidence in the rule of law will have been destroyed. It will then become just a raw and possibly violent power struggle that may destroy all that we have been successful in preserving these many years.

Individual schools need to take action now!

SCHOOL SAFETY IS A LOCAL ISSUE

ENHANCED SECURITY IS THE POSSIBLE NOW

Image result for school security

We are now witnessing the beginning of endless debates about how to protect children at school. Many are expecting some answer through legislation at the state or federal level. This is wishful thinking, no legislation will add to the protection of our schools.

While there will be much debate, years of lawsuits, and $ millions of dollars spent on lobbying on the politics of gun control and defending individual rights, it will not make vulnerable children safer.

The real solution is enhanced security at school. I don't hear anyone ask how a non-student with a rifle was able to walk freely into a school. I do believe school security has been increased in the last few years, but obviously not up to a real professional standard. If parents want real security for their children then it is time for each individual school to adopt standards that will ensure real security.

This will require secure limited entrances, control of all other doors, and metal detectors. No one should be able to enter a school with a weapon without  authorization from the school. This can be undertaken right now, without lobbying or getting into philosophical argument. If real security is what people want, then just do it. I believe that there will be a unanimous approval for such a plan.

Maybe it should be considered to forgo spending millions on artificial turf and instead put in the best and most secure system possible. This is something that is possible and can be started immediately.

The Russians are coming!

RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

OUR DEMOCRACY IS BEING DESTROYED FROM WITHIN, ALL FOR POLITICAL ADVANTAGE.

Image result for The russians are coming

We are continuously being reminded that the Russians are attempting to subvert our democracy by interfering in our political process. This is just more political posturing for political advantage. The reality is that many countries, including the Russians, Ukraine, Israel, Saudi Arabia, China, North Korea and many others attempt to sway public opinion in their favor. This has been going on forever. The most active and most aggressive interferer in other nations affairs is no other than the United States of America.

It seems that the Russians put $46,000 into ads on Facebook, some were issue ads, some leaned toward or opposed candidates. This is the kind of expenditure that is spent on a county executive or small town mayor race. Compared to the $1.5 billion spent in the presidential campaign it is an insignificant pittance. Many of these adds are likely an effort to gauge public opinion on certain matters important to these countries.

As long as our voting machines are never hooked up to the internet, they cannot be hacked by anyone. We need to be more concerned of the manipulating of machines at the local level. The place to look for voter fraud is in the registration process. It seems no one really wants to look there. It is far more glamorous to infer that the Russians are manipulating our elections. Especially if you can cast doubt on the election of Donald Trump. The usual pattern of crying foul, to accuse people of cheating, is by the cheaters themselves. How can anyone have beat us, when we had all the votes in line, had all the dead voting, had all the illegals registered. We had the media, Hollywood, all the government employees, all the unions, socialist and those dependent on the government in the bag. They have had to have cheated far more than us.

So, the pattern has been established, blame everything that goes wrong on the Russians. After all, the seniors still remember the cold war, communism and Stalin as an enemy. All the big government types, socialists and communists consider modern Russia and Putin as traitors to the world socialist cause. The Russians are an easy target, they will find very few defenders.

Never mind that there is obvious corruption and politicization at the FBI, the CIA, the IRS, the state department  and most all federal agencies. Don't worry about any of that, these are the good guys. We need to worry about Russia, the evil empire, who is trying to subvert our democracy.

The indictment of 13 Russians for interfering in our election is a joke, they will never see a court, they will never be tried or extradited to the U.S., so they are a safe scape goat. What a good job the investigators have done.

Now, will we see Russia indict Victoria Nuland, and many others in the U.S. state department that have interfered in Russian elections? Will Israel indict members of Obama's team he sent to Israel to interfere in the Israeli election? We could add Egypt, the Ukraine, Crimea  and don't doubt there are many more.

Then we can claim more outrage, that the Russians are attacking us.

Wolf budget more of the same

MORE SPENDING, BUT NO FISCAL REFORM

STATE DESTINED FOR ECONOMIC DECLINE

While states across the country eye reforms to make their states more competitive, Pennsylvania is stuck in the policies of the past. This is a critical time for the state to make efforts to attract new business to the state and attempt to keep any expansion of current business in the state. It is obvious that under current leadership the state is sticking with the Detroit economic plan. This simple plan is to increase taxes to increase government spending. Then as business leaves and population declines just raise taxes some more. This is just a lazy and short sighted policy that is destined to lead to economic decline.

The Governor has proposed increasing spending by near $1 billion dollars. There are no proposals to make Pennsylvania attractive to anyone. The governor hopes to pay for the spending increase by levying a tax on natural gas. Problem is, there is very little gas being produced at this time and if  taxed may delay production for years.

The gas industry has paid near $1 billion dollars in impact fees and have improved infrastructure in many counties in the state. Residents have earned lease money and royalties which has been taxed by the state. At present the gas industry is in neutral in Pennsylvania and is expanding their operations in more attractive states.

Most of the new spending is targeted into education. Good education is always important, but without fiscal reform, Pennsylvania may be educating its youth for jobs in other states.

South Korea needs refresher on "Little Red Riding Hood"

SANCTIONS HAVING EFFECT ON NORTH KOREA

GOAL NOW TO IMPROVE IMAGE

Image result for little red riding hood and grandmother

With North Korea feeling the effects of world sanctions, it has changed strategy. Rather than threatening  South Korea, the United States and Japan with Nuclear destruction it has embarked on a campaign to normalize its image across the world. It started with a propaganda campaign embraced by CNN to view North Korea as just another country with a little different political system.

It has now convinced the South Koreans to allow it to send some Olympic athletes to compete and march side by side with the South Koreans. It is an obvious attempt to allow the world to delude itself into believing what it always wants to believe. The North Korean leadership and political system is just different, but not a cause for concern by the rest of the world.

Make no mistake:

North Korea has no intentions of ever abandoning its nuclear  ambitions.

That when fully functioning and armed with intimidate and coerce its neighbors.

That its ultimate goal has not changed in 70 years. To unify the Korean Peninsula under the control of the political system of the North.

If successful, it would also threaten Japan and others in the region.

Possibly South Korea is just playing along to get through the Olympics in peace. North Korea was able to intimidate South Korea into giving it everything it wanted during the Olympic games. This in itself is a troubling sign. One has to wonder how the leadership in South Korea views the political system of the North. I would expect the vast majority of the citizens of South Korea embraces the freedom and prosperity of their present system. But there is no doubt, that as in every country there are those who believe communism is more equitable and a more just society. Hopefully the leadership of South Korea is not willing to give up their freedom and prosperity for the false hope of peace.

House and Senate investigators see same violations.

SPECIAL PROSECUTOR NOW INEVITABLE

WHO WILL BE LEFT AFTER RECUSALS ?

The House and Senate investigators have both pointed to violations in the FBI  and Department of Justice. The question now is what is next? Usually the Attorney General would launch an investigation and determine if laws were broken. The problem now is Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from this investigation. The Assistant Attorney general Rod Rosenstein may be implicated in their findings, and should recuse himself from any investigation. That would leave the next in line Dana Boente to become acting Attorney general and be given the job of appointing a special prosecutor. If Boente is not implicated in any of improprieties that will most likely be the case.

None of this will happen before the Inspector General, who is also investigating these matters, releases his report. It has been indicated he has found similar inappropriate behavior. If there is no one left standing in the line of succession at the Department of Justice, then a special commission may be selected. This could be comprised of members from other parts of the country, not part of the Washington establishment. Can you imagine the political maneuvering accompanying such a development.

Whatever the course of the future investigations, there will be no turning back now. Too much has been exposed and too many people have put their future on the line. We have seen political and public opinion warfare since the election, now we are moving to legal war where people may be sent to jail. The stakes have now moved to a higher level. Hopefully we can come to a conclusion that will satisfy the majority of the citizens.

The House Intelligence committee report.

COMMITTEE REPORT CONCERNING FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE ACT

JUST A PEAK INTO THE SPECIAL INVESTIGATION

The House report was made public on Feb. 2, 2018, after weeks of speculation and attempts to bar the release of the the House Intelligence committees report.

This report was only focused on the activities of the FBI and Department of Justice concerning the  application for secret surveillance on associates of the Trump campaign during the campaign and during the transition after the election. It is just a view of a very small part of the investigation into the possible Russian interference into the 2016 election. The full text of this report can be seen at the below link.

https://intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/memo_and_white_house_letter.pdf

This  report has now set into motion a series of events that will call for the full disclosure of the application to the FISA court for the approval of the surveillance. This is the only way that this matter can be evaluated by the citizens of the country.

It took the House committee almost a year to acquire the release by the FBI and the Justice department of the documents that were used as source material for this document. The actual application was viewed only by Mr Goudy and Mr. Sciff. There was lots of declarations of the end of national security and irreparable harm if this information was to be made public. Harm to who? There is nothing in this document that will damage anyone except those who have not followed the law, both in letter and spirit.

The Democrats are now in the process of releasing their version of the documents viewed. There is only one solution, much of the underlying source material needs to made public. This way we can all view and make our own decisions as to what is true.

The report claims that the FBI used a document, the Steel dossier, to use as probable cause for surveillance of the Trump campaign. This was done while they knew and acknowledged that this dossier was paid for by the Clinton Campaign and was not verified as to its accuracy. This would be a serious abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

There are of course other charges in this document and it should be noted that the Senate committee has sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice and FBI concerning Christopher Steele, who was an ex British intelligence officer, an FBI informant and worked for Fusion GPS, who was hired by the Clinton campaign to find damaging information on the Trump campaign.

It seems the Clinton Campaign paid up to $10 million to Fusion GPS, the information much of which has been disproved and some that cannot be verified was then leaked to news media and then the FBI used the news stories as well as the dossier itself for probable cause for a surveillance warrant. This is referred to a circular reporting.

With the release of this report, it can no longer be hidden and covered up. the revelations will continue concerning the FBI, The department of Justice, the State department and the Obama administration.
