DEMOCRATS HAVE YET TO REVEAL THEIR PLAN FOR BORDER SECURITY
ITS TOO LATE ONCE THEY ARE ON U.S. SOIL
A Mexican standoff is a confrontation among three or more parties in which no strategy exists that allows any party to achieve victory. As a result, all participants need to maintain the strategic tension, which remains unresolved until some outside event makes it possible to resolve it.
The Democrats keep repeating that they are for securing the border, but certainly not with a physical barrier.
They claim the border can be secured with electronic measures, but have not yet demonstrate how this would work. It seems such electronics would alert the border patrol that illegal immigrants have crossed the border.
Sorry, such measures will never secure the border due to our immigration laws. Once in the country and apprehended, they are promised, housing, medical care, and a lengthy legal process. Once in the country they will overwhelm the Border patrol and the legal system. The Democrats know this and are just trying to bamboozle average Americans into believing they are for Border Security, just not Trump's version.
The answer is to make it almost impossible to get in because of a physical barrier, they must not be allowed to reach U.S. soil. Will such a barrier stop 100% of illegal immigration. Probably not, but the latest version will stop 99%, it will stop all those members of the caravan who are old, disabled, pregnant, overweight and children. Particularly those who will be dependent on taxpayers for years. The few that make it will easily be handled by border patrol and the legal system.
There is a bill that has passed the house and ok'd to reach the Senate floor, it should be voted on by both Democrats and Republicans. It is time people in congress get to vote a lot, forget about, we don't have the votes. Lets see how they vote, then the voters can better decide if they deserve re-election. This policy should have been going on for the last 2 years. They only have a few days to bring this up for a vote. Let's see where they stand on this issue.
