Push for Central Bank digital currency increases.

IMF AND COUNTRIES  DEVELOPING DIGITAL CURRENCY

FLORIDAN AND INDIANA FIRST STATES TO BAN CBDC

The push to move not only individual countries but the world to a Central bank digital currency is accelerating. The IMF has announced it is developing a digital currency called the international monetary unit for all transactions worldwide. It is being touted as a way to simplify international transactions to avoid currency adjustments between counties. Over 40 countries are in the process of developing some form of Central bank digital currency.

In the United States the Federal reserve is also in the development stages and it will be available for use within months. This should not be confused with Crypto currency which is actually a far different medium of exchange.

The problem with this move to Central bank digital currency is that it will give every government complete control of every transaction. It will not only produce a record of every transaction but likely will be able to ban certain transactions, ban certain individuals and companies from transactions and give governments an unprecedented power over every aspect of human commerce. A voluntary digital currency without the ability to deny or control or record transactions would be a possibility, but we can expect even it touted as such to get approval, it will be used for political power in the future.

So far 2 states, Florida and Indiana have overwhelmingly passed legislation banning the use of such currencies in their states, I expect there will be more. There are also states passing laws stating that money is whatever the federal government says it is.

The constitution states that congress will have the authority to coin money and regulate the value thereof and fix the standard of weights and measures. Of course this has long been abridged when the Federal reserve became the controller of money.

This has much to do to the question of, What is money?  Historically money was an asset that could be held in your hand, put in a safe or transported by the owner. It was a store of value, representing your hard work and self discipline to save or spend as you saw fit. The move to CBDC is the ultimate infringement on the sanctity of the individual to have control of his own wealth and industriousness, it is an ultimate power grab by government to take possession of all assets and decide who should have that access and control.

We can expect that the intentional destruction of the buying power of all currencies by either conniving or irresponsible politicians will result in a currency crisis and economic crisis. We can also expect that CBDC will be touted as the way to restore stability. It will in effect be a way to restore the Feudal system of the past.

Debt ceiling bill, too little to save dollar.

MAYBE BETTER THAN NOTHING, BUT NO CHANCE OF BALANCING THE BUDGET

ONLY A BALNCED BUDGET MEANS NO INCREASE IN DEBT

With an anticipated $1 Trillion deficit in the current budget, what has been proposed is near meaningless to the overall picture. The debt is going to increase dramatically for the foreseeable future, Foreign countries are going to continue to seek alternatives to dollar investments and your money is going to continue to lose its buying power. Inflation is going to continue to be stoked by this excessive spending.

It is just another symptom of the current state of the country when a continual habit of deficit spending is now thought of as a normal financial condition. It is not normal, it is just another way of robbing the citizens of their hard earned dollars in another way other than taxation. It is just another way for those who transact this debt to have a steady income at the citizens expense. It is just another way to give Washington politicians a gravy train of excess spending they can profit from. Of course, we are told that a balanced budget would hurt the poor and others who depend on government spending, just so much bullshit.

We see a bloated federal bureaucracy that is becoming the benefactor of near half of the nations financial transactions. More and more are dependent on government payments, benefits and subsidies. This of course translates into power for the federal government.

Not only here at home, but around the world near 800 foreign military bases that pump dollars into all those communities, distort their economies, and translate again to power in Washington. Power to corrupt, to skim off kickbacks and finance political campaigns. NATO is just an extension of Washington's giant slush fund paid for by U.S. taxpayers and their descendants. Ukraine is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Washington elite, bought and paid for by our dollars and likely to be dependent on this country for generations.

This orgy of spending has no historical precedent but it is similar to what has happened to empires of the past. From Rome to the British empire, it is never enough, it always crumbles from unchecked power and a lust for more, it always results in the end of the empire.

While the U.S. empire was financed with unbacked dollars and military power. The end of the dollar preeminence is here, and with it will be the end of this empire. First the financial empire then the military empire. The question is can it accept the consequences of its unrestrained financial excesses and live in the new world that is evolving or will feel it is better to tear it all down.

DeSantis announces, but Trump deserves loyal support.

HOPEFULLY DESANTIS WILL BE PRESIDENT ONE DAY

TRUMP HAS BEEN TESTED AND IS STILL STANDING

While many acknowledge, including myself, that Ron Desantis is doing an excellent job as governor of Florida, Donald Trump has persevered the worst political attacks in U.S. history. He has proved his policies are correct for any hope of rescuing the future of this country. He has proved he has the will to overcome all threats to himself and his policies. We have seen the alternative to Trump in action and there is little chance this country can survive the next 2 years.

In short, as far as I am concerned, Trump deserves the loyalty of someone who has risked it all for the future of the country. He has not profited or sought to profit from his position. He has been strong in defending state rights and individual rights. While president, he refrained from more foreign interventions, we are witnessing the result of Biden's control by the warmongers in our government.

We must admit, that Trump made errors as president, but it was mostly due to his trust in the people he selected for the government. He came into office with no real idea the level of corruption in high places of this government. He selected a group of former military officers, who he thought were patriots, but in fact were political bureaucrats. They immediately convinced him that more military spending was of utmost urgency rather than control of our borders. When it came to the border he realized they wanted to control every border in the world except our own.

He failed to clean out the white House staff and the executive branch of the politized bureaucracy. He falsely believed that these were loyal patriotic Americans who put the best interest of the country before their political ideology. In fact, Trumps presence revealed to the world not only the corrupt dishonest media, but the corruption in this government that will destroy it, if left unchecked.

I suspect that if Trump would be elected for another four years, it will be far different. That there would be a large increase of unemployment in the federal bureaucracy. It needs to have every person vetted to their adherence to the constitution and rule of law and have the biggest housecleaning in U.S.. history. While many are protected by union and civil service, there are always positions to be filled in Adak and Nome.

While the attacks on Trump continue with ridiculous charges by corrupt government bureaucrats, he has weathered on. I do not see anyone out there, including Desantis, who can weather this storm, a storm that will engulf anyone who challenges the corrupt bureaucracy, that is this government.

So, I am with Trump, no matter what. Americans need a choice, between Biden and Trump. Lets see if they can swallow hard and make the best choice for America, not based on personalities, not based on media approval, but based on the best interests of this country to survive.

U.S. Debt, Deficits, global consequences.

REJECTION OF DOLLAR WILL RESULT IN U.S. INFLATION

THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF FIAT CURRENCY?

While U.S. politicians debate increasing the debt, much of the world is now viewing the debased, non backed dollar with increasing skepticism. While it has been the mainstay of world trade for near 70 years, it is now on the verge of being replaced by numerous trading vehicles.

The dollar, at one time, had the reputation to be "As good as Gold". Sadly that is no longer the case. The dollar has not been exchangeable for any asset since 1971. It is a wonder that it has lasted this long.

At one time, the United States was the envy of the world. An experiment in self government, civil rights, and the rule of law. It also had a reputation of sound money and fair play. Sadly, if thought about objectively, that is no longer the case. The United States is no longer to be admired and copied, it has destroyed its reputation by its own drift to a policy of power politics, both at home and in world relations. A policy not backed by law and righteousness, but just pure raw power. A power that was granted by its former reputation that has now been diminished.

For years, no one questioned the dollars supremacy as the worlds reserve currency, acceptable and sought after everywhere. That is no longer the case, while the reckoning is now on the horizon the seeds have been sown decades ago. First the policy of deficit spending that became not a temporary aberration but the norm beginning in 1969. This was followed by the first revolt against the dollar, by the Oil exporting countries who realized they were being paid in ever declining in value dollars for their most important commodity, oil, The lifeblood of word economic growth. This brought about the creation of OPEC which sought to control and maintain the value of their oil as the value of dollars diminished.  Of course, this was considered a hostile act by the United States.

While the massive inflation of the 1970's was brought under control, it pushed off any more rejection of the dollar for a long time. Then came the 1990's when the United States adopted the policy of using its economic and now unchallenged military power to replace a policy of being good example and a benevolent persuader into a policy of rule by power both economically and militarily. It began a 30 year period of death and destruction of any adversaries whether economic or otherwise.

For years our major trading partners where willing to except huge surpluses of American dollars, printed and created out of thin air, in exchange for their oil and manufactured goods and then use those dollars to buy U.S. debt. While they received a modest return in interest, they accepted this arrangement.

Then the policy of zero interest rates came and they received no return and found it increasingly difficult to find things they wanted to buy from the U.S. market at a competitive value.

Then came policy of economic sanctions and actual freezing of assets of other counties by the United States. It became an escalating policy of threats over disputes and even domestic social policies. This came to an escalation with the Russia/Ukraine /NATO conflict and has sent an alarming message to the world. If you resist U.S. power you will be punished.

It was easy to isolate countries, like Iran, Libya and Iraq and even destroy them economically or militarily if necessary, but now it has escalated to Russia, China and many others. It is without a doubt, except in Washington, a very different matter. We are now in a world economic war and possibly soon a world military war.

It is now clear that the countries that have over half the worlds population and the majority of economic assets are on their way to escaping the power of the United States particularly in economic matters. When the dollar is no longer needed for trade between these countrie there will be glut of U.S. dollars in the world and those dollars will find their way home and bring about a collapse of the dollars buying power and hyper inflation in the United States. It may be too late to halt these developments.

So while we see Washington politicians debate taking on more debt, with the same old narratives, "we owe it to ourselves" and "it increases the domestic economy" and other nonsense, a tidal wave is building that will end the dollars dominance and with it, U.S. economic and military power.

Russia/NATO, miscalculations and evolving strategies.

A CONFLICT OF TRIAL AND ERROR

RUSSIA HAS THE STRATEGY AND THE MATERIALS TO OUTLAST NATO

This war on the Ukrainian battlefield has now been going on for near 10 years. It  is now in the 2nd year of the enhanced conflict that began in February 2022. It began with miscalculations on both sides and is now near a pivotal turning point of negotiation or all out world war.

NATO believed that Russia could be enticed to enter Ukraine with a large scale operation that would dive deep into Ukraine and be the target of a relentless bleeding of men and equipment. This, coupled with economic sanctions would bring down the Russian government.

Russia believed that a show of serious force would encourage a negotiation for a neutral non NATO Ukraine.

Both soon found out that the best plans often go astray during war.

Russia soon found out that they were ducks in a barrel for shoulder fired anti-tank and anti aircraft weapons. They also saw negotiations in Turkey in April with Ukraine and some EU counties squashed by the U.S. and UK. They then withdraw from deep inside Ukraine and took up defendable positions in the Dombas area.

The west soon found that economic sanctions were largely ineffective in damaging Russia's ability to conduct this war. It also soon felt the economic repercussions of these sanctions on their own countries.

The West then set out to provide Ukraine with increasing levels of weapons, munitions and western technology.

The Russian's adopted a strategy of enticing the Ukrainians to attack their fortified positions and continually destroyed their equipment and killed their soldiers. It became a war of attrition that is reminiscent of WW1.

It seems the Russian air defense is superior to the Wests, there is in effect no Ukrainian air force remaining. If it flies it dies.

Both Patriot missiles and S300 air defense systems use radar to pick up incoming missiles, drones and planes. The Russians have developed a strategy of sending drones and cruise missiles and when these defenses are turned on they are destroyed with air launched hyper sonic missiles in minutes. Ukraine's air defenses are now decimated.

Ukraine had spent 8 years fortifying large buildings in these cities.  They were well armed and well trained, but the Russians soon depended on long range artillery to literally destroy these buildings. Then began using 3000 pound glide bombs released 30 miles to the east to take these buildings down. They have developed a strategy to take these building with minimal loses.

HiMars are mobile rockets that are again using radar to locate the enemy artillery positions, but these also are vulnerable to long distance cruise missile attacks.

So it seems the next step is a much anticipated Ukrainian counter offensive. They have been supplied with tanks and other armor and materials have been stored. They have no air support and will likely be sitting ducks for the now hardened, experienced, tuned up Russians.

Much talk of western supplied F-16's, Ukrainians are not trained on these plains and it is a long process. The West may venture to use U.S. and NATO pilots, but they will have many losses against the Russian air defenses. It would be a very dangerous escalation.

So, it will either be all out WW3 or a negotiation that will entail a smaller Ukraine, and a demilitarized and neutral status for what remains of the country. It seems to be the only possible outcomes.

Expect F-16's to be piloted by U.S. and token NATO pilots.

UKRAINE IS DOOMED WITHOUT ALL OUT NATO WAR

RUSSIA IS PREPARING FOR THIS CONFLICT

Imagine a Ukraine, a neutral, non-aligned nation in the heart of Europe, able to trade with Western Europe and the huge landmass to the east. An educated nation with vast natural resources, a large undeveloped land mass. Just such a proposal by Russia that was soundly rejected by Washington and NATO. Forget such a image, it will now never be a reality.

The leadership of Ukraine made a decision years ago to hitch its wagon to the genius foreign policy experts of the United States, who had a different vision.  A vision of using Ukraine as bait to lure Russia into a war that they could exploit to destroy Russia and hopefully allow them to have access to the largest store of natural resources in the world. A plan that is floundering, a plan that has now divided the world into two armed camps on the verge of all out war.

The genius policy planners in Washington's plan has not exactly gone as expected. Russia backed off occupying large parts of Ukraine,  thereby denying them the opportunity to bleed the Russians of resources. In fact, just the opposite has happened. Western Europe and the United States are bleeding resources at an alarming and unsustainable rate. Saddled with huge debts and declining economies, they may be the victims of their own plans.

The U.S. and its servant NATO have gone around the world with the mantra, you are either our ally or our enemy. No neutrality or fence sitters allowed. Even that plan has had mixed success as we see the middle east and many others just saying NO. NO, we want to chart our own course, not get hitched to a policy that has ended in death and destruction across the world for the last 30 years.

The West's Ukrainian plan has failed, the question is, can the architects in Washington deny their arrogance and hubris and admit defeat or are they willing to take the whole world over the edge into and apocalyptic era of mass death and destruction?

FBI, now rogue agency, accountable to no one.

NOT JUST PARTISAN, BUT HAS OWN AGENDA

DOES THE COUNTRY NEED 17 INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES?

Congressional hearings this week with interviews with FBI whistleblowers reveals just a little of what any thinking person already knows. The FBI is a corrupt organization, and should be the first of the existing 17 intelligence agencies to be overhauled.

The FBI, which was formed to investigate interstate organized crime during prohibition has had questionable corrupt practices since its founding. J.Edgar Hoover remained head for half a century because he was able to use his position to obtain damaging information on every politician and activist in the country. While he was very selective and restrained, the latest leadership has seemed to loose all restraint, they are arrogant and dismissive of any oversight, refuse to provide documents, harass and punish any leak of their illegal practices. While many believe they are partisan Democrats, they forget how James Comey used his power to intimidate and control Hillary Clinton with the information he had on her illegal practices during the 2016 election. When he tried to intimidate Donald Trump with the fake Steele dossier, Trump rightly fired him. This led to retaliation of Russian collusion that tied up an elected president for 3 years, even though the FBI knew it was a farce from the beginning.

We have seen FBI directors Comey, Mc Cabe, and now Wray repeatedly lying under oath before congressional committees with no accountability. We have learned that they were involved with the Jan. 6. protests, that they did lie to get warrants against the Trump campaign. No one has been prosecuted, yet many are persecuted for supposedly lying to the FBI. It is obvious that they believe, and may be correct in believing, that they are immune from any accountability.

It seems this sickness is also prevalent in the CIA which seems to relay only the information that they hand pick to people for decision making in our foreign affairs. Witness weapons of mass destruction and other questionable important analysis that seems to have and obvious political agenda.

Then there are 15 other agencies that who knows what they are doing and are they really necessary?

To at least start somewhere, Wray should be impeached or removed for lying, then down the ladder to see where the corruption ends. I would expect if the domino's start to fall and the threat of intimidation and reprisals is eliminated, the dam will break, and we will be able to get to the bottom of the barrel of corrupt arrogant and unaccountable members.

It seems for now the Democrats and Media believe it is in their best interest to preserve this corrupt organization. Are they all afraid of the dirt they have accumulated on them?

It could only be hoped that one day our elected politicians will put the best interests of the country before their allegiance to corrupt bureaucrats. If this country is to survive a reformation to truth and real justice is needed, both in domestic and world affairs.

Harry and Meghan pull publicity stunt to complain about publicity.

 HYPOCRITES ARE NO LONGER NEWSWORTHY

THEY SOON WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME

The no longer royal couple are finding out that they are no longer as interesting as they once were. It is so bad that they held a press release complaining that they were chased by paparazzi and risked their lives evading these dangerous photographers. The Indian taxi cab driver, refuted their story saying there was no danger and it was just about being followed and pictures being taken. Exactly what this couple really crave.

Much was made about their departure from Britain and being snubbed by their family. They thought that in America that their royal linage would guarantee them big money and fame. They are finding out that they are just a couple of publicity seeking ex royal family members, who could not buckle up and play the role of royal family members.

They are now joining the masses of untalented and unmotivated Americans, they are not exceptional, not that interesting and it seems their life of royalty went to their head and they believe they are special. This is America, no one is that special for very long and the attention span of the present generation is very short. That is not just in America but worldwide and it seems they have lost their initial courisosity. Desperate for more attention, they complained about getting too much attention to get more attention.

In the end, Harry's only hope is to go home and kiss the real royal backside, get rid of the spoiled wife and shut up and be a good royal family member. In time, he may be forgiven by his countrymen and earn back their respect.

Or, he can stay in America and soon become a subject of jokes and humiliation or maybe find a flat they can afford in Spain or Eastern Europe and live in their so called desired anonymity.

Result of failure to raise debt limit: Balanced Budget, saved dollar.

COUNTRY AND DEBT SERVICE CAN SURVIVE NOT RAISING DEBT LIMIT

IT WOULD BE POSITIVE STEP IN SAVING THE COUNTRY

There is now the usual propaganda that the debt limit must be raised or there will be a default on the debt. This is just so much propaganda and hysteria to pressure congress to give the administration another blank check to spend the country into ruin. Freezing the debt would be a positive step in setting the country on a better course and to shore up the credibility of the dollar.

The service of the debt is approximately 5% of the present budget, it will grow dramatically in the future with higher interest rates on all new debt. All new debt will require higher debt service and damage the value of the dollar. A responsible congress should be able to find that 5 % by eliminating a few of the unnecessary programs and spending that is likely just greasing palms both here and abroad. Just what has spent on Ukraine would servie 1/3 of the debt for this year.

I expect if a panel of objective citizens of this country could go over the budget they could find 5% and more to eliminate. This budget is just exploding with money for all its vote buying and buying of allies around the world.

We must remember that the debt is a gravy train for many, just the commission paid to big banks on selling bonds and debt is many millions of dollars. all the borrowed money is handed out to some some special interest with their hand out.

Of course we will hear the usual hysteria that it will destroy social security and medicare even though much of the money paid into these programs is being lent to the government. These programs still need to be taken out of the grasp of the politicians. They have already squandered much of the surplus paid by taxpayers for years.

Responsible politicians would now freeze new debt and pledge to pay down the debt by 1 % a year. It would be just a small step in a possible restoration of the economic health of the nation.

Did eastern Europe just exchange masters?

NOW RULED FROM BRUSSELS RATHER THAN MOSCOW

STILL NO SELF DETERMINED FUTURE

The euphoria over the breakup and independence of the Warsaw Pact and the former Soviet Union seems to have been a failed experiment in self determination. While many expected an improvement in economic conditions and opportunity, after 30 years it is questionable improvement. Everyone agrees that the release from a communist authoritarian government based in Moscow was a very worthy goal, it seems they have mostly replaced one out of touch authoritarian master for another.

I have recently been viewing travel videos on U-Tube by several western and European Vloggers that show much of eastern europe has not improved the lot of most of its citizens. While some of the major cities may have seen some improvement, much of the rural communities are depopulated, with hundreds of deserted buildings both residential and commercial. Many of these smaller communities seem to be populated by a majority of elderly women on small fixed pensions. There is no industry to speak of, even much of the farming is laying idle. It seems when these counties joined the EU it led to a exodus of most of the young people to major cities of the EU and to the United States. It is sort of amazing to see miles and miles of open land and small cities with no commercial activity. In many, the majority of building are abandoned and or in poor condition. The roads and infrastructure in many of these areas is crumbling.

The opportunity for these nations to take the opportunity to chart their own path for an independent future for their citizens seems to have been squandered in the hope of relying on Brussels to make decisions for them. Decisions based on ideology that has devastated the local economies by shutting down the fishing industries, garment industries and even much of the former power generation. The local industries that were the mainstay of these countries for generations disappeared quickly and there were no replacement opportunities.

Sadly, the hope for the future is dismal unless young people and families can be encouraged to return to build these countries from the ground up. It could be done with strong private property rights and incentives for people to repopulate these devastated areas. It could still be a land of opportunity, but it will never happen with the decision making being made in Brussels. It would take decisions being made at the national and community level to make these areas interesting to the next generation.

Greatest threat to America: Biden Administration.

DESTRUCTIVE POLICIES HERE AND AROUND THE WORLD

GIVES RACIST AND DIVISIVE SPEECH AT BLACK COLLEGE

Biden just can not ever pass up an opportunity to sew the seeds of division. Offering a speech at the graduation of Howard University he claims the greatest threat to America is white supremacy. It is a sad example of the politics of race baiting and division that is the foundation of the Biden Presidency. It seems that blacks and LGBQTetc. population are his number 1 constituency and everyone else is just a pawn to be used to stoke division and hate. This applies both here and abroad.

The Biden policies may very well be the death knell of the experiment of America, It is very possible that the country will just continue declining  until its ultimate coallapse.

These policies are just a continuation of the policies envisioned by the Obama administration. This is in reality Obama's third term, except it seems to have now thrown off all restraint. It could be that they now believe that elections are now irrelevant that it will be just a slow death of this country as we know It.

We see our borders essentially eliminated, with the goal being implemented in just moving new arrivals to every corner of the country. Many with no skills or ability to communicate and no hope of becoming successful members of the community.  I just saw a report on Venezuela, at one time was supposed to have the worst crime in South America, that things are much better now that most of the gang members have emigrated to the United States. Is very unlikely that this situation can ever be reversed no matter who is elected President.

Our cities are now looking more and more like third world cities with homelessness and crime becoming uncontrolled.

We see inflation and shortages continuing.

We see a shortage of employable citizens.

The military is being devastated by woke politics that is discouraging the former patriotic citizens from becoming military members. The message is white and christian are not what they are looking for.

The dollar is about to end its supremacy in world trade due to deficits and the continual debasement of the buying power of the dollar.

This administration is stoking the fires of war on many fronts even when we are weak in recruitment, ability to produce essential materials and a very weak social cohesion. We are likely at the worst time in our history to go to war with anyone.

Yet the biggest problem in this administrations view is white supremacists, racists and Christian people who might object to these destructive policies. If Americans agree with Biden and his parties view then by all means they should give him another 4 years.

Pakistan, latest victim of U.S. meddling.

PAKISTAN ON VERGE OF CIVIL WAR

ARREST OF POPULAR CANDIDATE LEADS TO MASSIVE UNREST

The saga of Imran Kahn began in April of 2022, when he publicly voiced his belief that small countries should have the right to stay neutral in geopolitical conflicts between large nations. I watched several interviews with this man and also speeches over his term as president of Pakistan. He very much reminded me of the late Anwar Sadat of Egypt who was instrumental in negotiating peace between Israel and Egypt. He was assassinated by the military shortly thereafter.

It was not long after Kahn made his voice clear in not going all in on sanctions and condemnation of Russia in the Ukraine conflict that his troubles began. In April of 2022, while being a very popular president of Pakistan since 2018 he received a no confidence vote from the parliament and was removed as president. His replacement was chosen by the military and the U.S. and Uk backed opposition party. In August of that year he was charged as a terrorist because he made accusations of abuse by the police and military.  In November of 2022 he was wounded in an assassination attempt while campaigning for the next election. Then on May 9. 2023 he was arrested and charged with a long list of corruption charges. The responses was immediate rioting and destruction of property by the supporters of Kahn who are viewed as the majority in the country. On May 11, the supreme court demanded his release, but it seems he is still in limited police custody, until sometime today.

While, of course, there are denials of U.S. involvement, it is generally understood that Kahn's violation of U.S. wishes was behind this continuing saga. If the country descends into anarchy and chaos, so much the better, it will be just another example for others who may consider a neutral ot independent policy in global affairs. The U.S. policy of you are either an ally or an enemy is still intact and being enforced on any country that should feel it should stay neutral rather get embroiled in big power politics.

We are presently seeing similar pressure being used in the politics of Turkey, Hungary and India. These are neighbors of Russia and would like to stay out of political power struggles between Russia and the U.S. They will no doubt be a loser no matter who they side with.

Massive government overhaul needed for any chance of peace and prosperity.

CORRUPT LEADERS IN INTELLEGNCE, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND STATE DEPARTMENT ARE DESTROYING COUNTRY

A PRESIDENT AND A CONGRESS DEDICATED TO RESTORING CREDIBILITY IS NEEDED

Elections have become almost meaningless because most government agencies are being controlled by unelected bureaucrats whose agenda is anything but making decisions for the best interests of the nation. It seems there is no department that has not been politicized by either marxist revolutionaries or those dedicated to have this country engaged in war or causing war worldwide.

We have seen the obvious weapons of mass destruction excuse for war with Iraq, but that is just one example, there are similar lies and half truths being told everyday by the state department and intelligence communities. All designed to cause war, unrest and political upheaval around the world and now it seems these same tactics are being employed right here at home. It is no accident that this nation is more divided than any time in history. It is no accident that the credibility of the U.S. government is non existent both home and abroad. The intelligence community and the state department need a massive house cleaning if this nation is to survive.

Then there is the Department of Justice or more rightly labeled the Department of Injustice. This politicized department has leaked its use of the law as a political weapon down to state and local courts. It is the source of the corruption of our whole legal system. It needs another massive house cleaning and its resources need to focus on restoring the legal system to its impartial application of the law. We are witnessing an outrageous legal system that has little credibility left.

We have elections coming, but sadly it may be of little consequence, reform needs to start with the people demanding equal justice under the law, not selective prosecutions, ignoring the corruption of those who are in the right politics. A state department and intelligence community that spews continuous misinformation for a world agenda of chaos, war and destruction.

Restoring credibility and truth from government needs to be the priority for the nation, not the debate and distractions of division and chaos.

Russia prepares for long NATO conflict.

STRATEGY IS NOW WAR OF ATTRITION FOR UKRAINE AND NATO

IT IS NOT CLEAR WHOSE ECONOMY WILL COLLAPSE FIRST

While much is made of the anticipated Ukrainian offensive, it will, if it happens, just be a battle in the now long war of attrition between Russia and NATO. Many have predicted that after this Ukraine offensive, Russia would continue its incremental march west across Ukraine. It now appears that Russia has decided there will not be a negotiated settlement nor a victory but a long war of attrition between not Ukraine but NATO and Russia. It may be that it will end with the collapse of NATO or Russia or both.

An objective view of the present circumstances sees the United States, the power behind NATO, socially divided as never before.  Economically challenged on many fronts, a massive debt, unrestrained spending, a military that is becoming questioned as to its readiness and ability to recruit servicemembers. No longer self sustaining and a manufacturing base that is dependent on foreign adversaries. An objective analysis sees the possibility of economic collapse and an inability to sustain a long sustained commitment to maintain the draining support of Ukraine and western Europe. Western Europe is actually in a more vulnerable position than the U.S. and any faltering of the U.S. will result in a collapse of NATO and western Europe.

The anticipated collapse of Russia has so far not happened. In fact, it seems that Russia has weathered and adjusted to the western economic onslaught. Western Europe is now more vulnerable because of these sanctions than Russia. The reality is that the experiment in democratic socialism is going to be severely tested in the very near future. Can the collective west sustain a draining war of attrition and continue to maintain the promised level of social benefits that has enabled these governments to grow and sustain their position. All these governments are saddled with massive debt, much of it a result of buying votes and allies. Can they continue with a long drain of resources and also a lack of energy and food. We already see unrest in France over a retirement age of 64. We also see conflict over a large dependent migrant population that is also a further drain on social services.  It is very doubtful that the west can sustain a long war of attrition any better than Russia.

Russia on the other hand has no debt, is basically self sustaining in food and energy and it seems the population does understand the present existential threat from NATO. The population also has had much experience in doing with little and extended perseverance. The collective west no longer has the same population that it had 70 years ago.

It seems the U.S. expected Russia to make a massive extended invasion into Ukraine, a situation that would have left Russia with extended supply lines and vulnerable to gorilla warfare that would have bleed its ability to continue. It now appears that Russia is preparing for an all out fight with NATO. They are fortifying their positions in eastern Ukraine and western Russia. It seems Russia has decided they want to make this stand right were they are with short supply lines and the battlefield of their choosing. They have put their industrial capacity on a wartime footing, producing weapons and supplies. There is no expectation of any negotiations in the near future. This is indeed going to be a long war of attrition.

The west may have to do likewise, selective service call ups, defense industrial priorities, all are looking to be possible measures that will need to be taken.

It will be an opportunity for China and southern hemisphere to be the major powers of the new world order that remains after this conflict it decided.

World and now states scramble for real money.

THE SEARCH FOR MONEY ALTERNATIVES GROWS

TEXAS CONTEMPLATES OWN GOLD BACKED CURRENCY

The search for alternatives to the present predominance of fiat currencies has accelerated in recent weeks. Fiat currencies are currencies that have no intrinsic value or backed by nothing more than the government that issues them. Money used to be an asset, but it is now mostly government debt. All fiat currencies are continually losing value depending on how much debt the issuing country is issuing. The move to alternatives is now looking to be unstoppable.

The Muslim world has been looking for an alternative for years, especially when much of their oil resources has been priced by ever declining U.S. dollars. It seems that there is an alternative in the works were these countries will trade in their own currencies and then periodically settle deficits in trade with gold. This is still not a gold backed or gold redeemable currency.

The U.S. has launched it's form of digital currency on April 1. It is expected to be available for use by July 1. It seems that most countries are in the process of developing a form of digital currency. The U.S. attempt is being coordinated with the federal reserve and several large banks. I would expect it will be backed by nothing. Some other countries are considering backing their currency with gold or other commodities.

In the United States, Florida is in the process of denying the use of digital currency and some are considering offering an alternative. Many expect a government digital currency will start as voluntary then become mandatory with built in fees, taxes and possibly financed with negative interest rates. It will be the ultimate form of government control of every aspect of human life.

Some states are now passing laws that state that money is whatever the federal government decides it is to be. In the past banks and states did issue money all backed by gold or silver.

Texas has 3 laws under review that will enact legislation making it possible for the state to issue gold backed and gold redeemable digital and paper currency. It would be initiated as a fraction of a weight of gold and would be redeemable in the actual metal on demand. We can expect the federal government will not like such a development, as any real money will quickly be more desirable than just a book entry of value by politicians and the bureaucracy and the control to sanction anyone with whom they are displeased.

I would expect many court battles if states attempt to issue real money alternatives. I also expect that it will now be impossible to stop the rush of other countries to adopt some form of real asset backed currencies in the near future. If real money does become available, I would expect the rush to adopt those currieces will be unstoppable.

Indicator of which countries allow free access to foreign sources.

AND SOME WHO IT APPEARS ALLOW NO ACCESS

GOOD DECISIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT FREE ACCESS TO INFORMATION

This small blog has now been in existence for over 8 years and it is interesting the world wide audience that somehow finds articles that are generated. In 8 years we see in the list below the countries that must allow and the citizens that are interested in diverse opinions from around the world. We also see in this list some places that missing entirely. This would include China, Iran, and North Korea. While it is not a perfect inidictor,it does show which countries in the world are most likely to have interest and ability to read opinions from around the world.

While the United States accounts for 69% of the views the rest as are follows.

Kremlin drone attack will increase domestic pressure to finish Ukraine.

RUSSIA HAS BEEN VERY RESTRAINED IN UKRAINE CONFLICT

DOMESTIC SUPPORT IS STRONG TO GET IT OVER WITH

We are continually being told that the Russian people do not support the Ukraine conflict, that they are ready to collapse at any time, and that Ukraine is winning. None of this true, the fact is that Ukraine has lost most of their experienced soldiers, 90% of their air power, their air defense is continually being degraded and they are having a hard time resupplying their forces. While it seems there is some sort of stalemate, the fact is that the weather and ground in Ukraine is hampering any decisive action by any forces at this time.

As Ukraine attempts to ready for a counter attack, their supplies and any troops concentrations are being targeted every day. It is very questionable that any serious assault can occur without air support for their ground offensive. It is possible that there will be a NATO, mostly U.S., attempt to offer air support for the Ukrainian ground troops. It would not be the first time that the U.S. would use remarked U.S. planes and pilots to provide air support for foreign troops.

As far as Russia is concerned, it is true that they have not used much of their advanced weapons or hit any government buildings, not targeted Zelensky or his officials. They have not taken out the bridges over the Dnieper river nor completely destroyed the railway system.  It seems they, up to now, have been waging a war of attrition, by depleting Ukraine's military, air defense, equipment and supplies. It seems they have consumed most of NATO's weaponry and ammunition.

Recent attacks on Russian soil and the attack on the Kremlin building have mostly been good PR to keep up Ukrainian morale, but have little effect on this conflict. There is growing domestic pressure to conclude this conflict sooner rather than later. This will probably occur as soon as the weather and ground conditions allow for a massive attack that will be a coordinated ground offensive with air support that will push to the eastern side of Dnieper river and then there may be a short effort for a negotiation. If none is successful, it would then to move to destroy the existing government in Kiev.

The much anticipated Ukrainian offensive would most likely be welcomed by Russia as it will give them the opportunity to further degrade the Ukrainian military and morale from their defensive positions with a short supply line. This will allow their offensive to follow the destruction of the Ukrainian resistance and make their march to the Dnieper less difficult.

Sadly, there will not be any negotiated settlement until Ukraine is at a point of little ability to resist and will have very little leverage for a positive result.

Debt limit default, more hype than reality.

DEFAULT IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE DEBT LIMIT

JUST MORE POLITICAL MANEUVERING BY THOSE WHO ADVOCATE UNLIMITED SPENDING

It is true that the debt limit seems to be reached at an ever shorter interval, that is because spending is accelerating over revenues. The spenders would like if the debt limit was eliminated, so that they could spend without any restraint at all. The fact is that there are very few in Washington that have any interest in restraining spending and debt. If any attempt to even slow the rate of debt increase are initiated, we hear the the Republicans are going to cut Social Security and Medicare or some other social program that will create an emotional response. Now of course we hear the cries that if the debt limit is not immediately raised or eliminated the government will be forced to default on its debt.

For there to be default it would mean that the government would not honor Treasury or savings bonds that are mature and need to be paid. There is plenty of revenue that could be repurposed to pay these obligations, it would just mean that some other spending would need to be postponed or the federal reserve would need to do some more creative financing like quantitative easing to repay this debt.and saving.

Eventually the Federal government is destined to default on its debt, because it is already more than they can ever repay. This is why many foreign debt holders are considering or are already liquidating their U.S. debt, since treasuries are in the 4% range and inflation or deficit spending is over 6%. Objective analysis of the U.S. economic situation tells them it is time to move away from dollar investments. Domestically, we are continually reassured that all is well, we are strong and in great economic shape.

Debt service last year was $383 billion, this is 12 % of federal spending. Spending last year was $6.27 trillion, Revenue was $4.9 trillion a deficit of $ 1.37 trillion. That means that debt increased last year by $1.37 trillion. To sell this debt requires higher interest rates which means more of the revenue needs to be spent on paying interest on this debt. How long could you maintain this policy in your household?

The Federal Reserve has been buying this debt with book entries, just to keep the interest down, this is called quantitative easing, which is a fancy word for fraud. These practices just lower the purchasing power of the dollar, which is why food, energy and other items take more dollars to buy the same goods.

As foreign purchasers of U.S. debt move to other currencies they will in effect sell off U.S. debt, they are viewing it as a risky investment because it is losing its purchasing power. Our Treasury secretary recently stated that inflation is not caused by deficit spending. A giant whopper of a lie that will not be accepted by savy debt purchasers. As the market for this debt contracts, it will take higher interest to entice buyers. This will add to the cost of servicing this debt and increase the deficit or require massive new taxes or massive cuts to spending, both which will cut economic growth and will lead to a severe slowdown. It is true you cannot spend more than you make indefinitely.

So, back to the debt limit debate. If we had responsible politicians who had the best long term interest of the country in mind they would be debating how to solve this problem and avoid economic catastrophe. What we see is just maneuvering for political gain and no effort to solve the problem. Efforts to raise military spending by another $500 billion and more global warming pending all so that donors will have a steady flow of government money.

I expect no effort to solve this problem, but when it all comes crashing down, they will have a solution that you as a citizen will be paying for by the loss of your assets and income.

Ukraine and the Cuban missile crisis.

BOTH HAD TO DO WITH NATO EXPANSION

NO ONE WANTS FOREIGN MISSILES ON THEIR ORDER

While the U.S. continues to deny that the current crisis in Ukraine was caused by the policy of NATO expansion to the border of Russia, it is in fact what has caused this continuing crisis. The present situation is causing an economic crisis in Europe. This crisis is now becoming a social disaster that may very well lead to the collapse of several European governments. Then there is devastating disaster for Ukraine that has paid the first and most for this disaster of U.S. foreign policy. There very well may be more to come, as this administration is hell bent on overthrowing the government of Russia even if it requires an all out NATO war with Russia.

It is interesting that a similar situation that occured 60 years ago is considered the time when the world came closest to nuclear war. While many believe that is not to be considered, it is a very real possibility if this conflict is not moved to a negotiated settlement very soon.

The Cuba missile crisis began in October of 1962 when reconnaissance over Cuba revealed that the Soviet Union had placed Nuclear weapons on Cuban soil, just 90 miles from the U.S. mainland. It was an immediate crisis and the U.S. demanded they be removed or an invasion and removal would be taken by the U.S.

The other half of this story is that Turkey, on the Soviet southern border, had become a NATO member in 1952 and the U.S. had placed Nuclear Missiles in Turkey in 1959. It is not clear when the Soviet Union realized that such missiles were there as this was before satellite reconnaissance. It is also not clear when the Soviets initiated putting missiles in Cuba.

Cuba was a proxy of the Soviet Union at the time just as Ukraine is of the U.S. and NATO. Fidel Castro urged Nikita Khrushchev, the president of the Soviet Union  to hold his ground and even to attack the U.S. with nuclear weapons, fearing that an invasion of Cuba was at hand. It was never made clear if the Soviet Union really wanted missiles based in Cuba or did they just want a bargaining chip to have nuclear missiles removed from Turkey. In any case the crisis was averted the missiles were removed from Cuba and U.S. missiles were removed from Turkey in April of 1963.

While the west denies that the invasion of Ukraine was initiated to make it clear that Russia would not accept Ukraine as a member of NATO, a negotiated settlement with a neutral Ukraine and protection of the Russian population of eastern Ukraine was the goal. It has now escalated way beyond that point and talk from the west that only total defeat of Russia is the accepted outcome. This is very delusional and dangerous talk from amateur policy makers in the present U.S. administration. Russia will not accept defeat, they will not give back those regions now made part of the Russian federation. There is no longer an easy exit from this crisis that was available in Cuba in 1962.

While many believe that no one would engage in nuclear war, that is not the case. Israel would use nuclear weapons if their existence would be threatened and Russia would use nuclear weapons if their existence is threatened, as would the U.S.

There is talk in Washington of bringing this conflict into an all out NATO war with Russia. I expect the NATO allies in Europe do not want any part of this idea except for Poland, which seems to have some delusional illusion of grandeur and Ukraine which believes that the U.S. now owes it to rescue the country. Any such escalation will likely initiate a nuclear response from Russia, not against Ukraine but against the U.S. and the UK.

While many believe we can defend against such an attack, it is not the present reality. The only response would be an attempt to respond in kind. While many view this present crisis as just another war in a long list of limited conflicts it will only remain a limited conflict when there is a willingness on both sides to come to a conclusion in the near future. It will be a conclusion that will not be a victory for NATO or Ukraine, but the best compromise that they can salvage.

Can America be saved?

HAVE WE PASSED THE POINT OF NO RETURN?

IT COULD TAKE GENERATIONS TO RECOVER FROM THE CURRENT CHAOS

Anyone paying attention to the current state of this country, both in economic, social and foreign policy must admit that we as a nation are in serious trouble. We are no longer confronted with a problem in any one area, but in all areas.

The economic policies of this country that have relied on deficit spending, attempting to control the economy by raising and lowering interest rates, is no longer working. We went through a decade of near zero rates, now an attempt to control inflation, caused by shortages and supply chain breakdowns, by raising rates will most likely just compound the problems. The real problem is unsustainable debt that has devalued the currency and caused trading partners to seek an alternative. This is now an unstoppable trend that cannot be corrected, especially when our leaders continue to desire to buy votes, rather than seek the long term health of the economy. We can expect higher inflation as foreign entities refuse to purchase more national debt. This will lead to economic crisis that will not be easy to correct. In fact it may be decades if there is a unified desire to correct the problems, which there is not.

The social fabric of the country is being destroyed by the day. This is no accident, but a coordinated effort in the quest for ultimate political power. Divide and conquer domestic politics is not very easy to put back in the bottle. Cities are becoming dangerous and the rule of law is being subverted for more political power. Again domestic tranquility will take decades to repair even if there was another unified plan which again is not on the horizon. We will be very fortunate if we can escape the results of an economic crisis that can result in a bloodbath similar to the civil war or WW2 in Europe.

If this was not enough we are also in the midst of the results of our 30+ years of our death and destruction foreign policy. The trust in the U.S. is at an all time low even with our allies. With the rest of the world, it seems we are in an actual revulsion and desire to cut ties with this country, as it has become a dangerous and untrustworthy partner. Again, decades of good behaviour would be necessary to correct this growing problem.

It now appear that the United States is on a course of chaos and decline, and no election, even if not tainted by corruption will be unable to correct this free fall that is about to happen. The system is now too corrupt and unsustainable for a correction by the election process. It will require the pain and suffering that has been experienced by all empires when they begin the decline to their demise. The so called "handwriting is now on the wall" and is going to become an unstoppable force that will need to run its course. The question is just how much pain and suffering will be required to bring about real reform and repentance to the present corrupt conditions.
