Biden: Growing the Plantation

INCREASE DEPENDENCE ON GOVERNMENT, HAMSTRING PRIVATE BUSINESS

RESULT WILL BE POVERTY FOR EVERYONE

Biden made the statement that everyone should buy American. Have you ever attempted to buy an
American made product and have been unable to find one. It is hard to find an American made product. It will likely get harder in the future.

Biden claims all his social benefits will lift poor Americans up, but it will in effect, keep them on the government funded plantation and expand that plantation to include millions more.

An economy dependent on dollars from the federal government will be a declining economy. It will further benefit those industries favored by government and diminish those not on the government dole. Government cannot grow wealth, it can only use it up.

The formula for rising wealth for everyone is an environment that encourages, work, investment, and opportunity with as few hindrances as possible. These plans are just the opposite, and the democrats know it.

The Democrats obviously were alarmed at the inroads that Donald Trump made in the minority community. Many more working, many more becoming financially independent. The answer, up the anti in the scheme of government dependence and vote buying. These plans are not in the best interest of a strong, growing America, but the hope of buying the votes of anyone they can.

Promise the young, free education from 3 to 30,  further destroy their work ethic, which is nearly non existent.

Promise free day care for everyone. This will require a lot of government funded jobs.

Promise to put kids into school at 3 years old. growing an insecure and anxiety prone population. Programed from an early age that government is their GOD. Good members of the plantation. Parents are not really needed in the new socialist utopia.

At the same time, raise taxes and regulations on corporations and business which will make moving out of the country more lucrative.

Much is made of the loopholes that allow many corporations to not pay taxes. Biden was instrumental in implementing those loopholes to favored business's and they will continue.

Give $80 Billion to the IRS to punish the democrat enemies.  Does anyone believe that democrat big funders will be under the microscope?

The goal is obviously to increase dependence and decrease the need to actually work. At the same time make being in business a minefield of government regulations and penalties.

I can now foresee that when some essential businesses are forced into bankruptcy, the government can come to the rescue and make it a government run business.

We are on the road to financial suicide, and many are cheering the end of  the American dream.

Worker shortage today, less jobs tomorrow.

BUSINESS WILL ADAPT TO NEW WORKER PROBLEMS

FUTURE WILL HAVE LESS WORKERS, LESS SERVICE, HIGHER PRICES

It is a fact that there is a shortage of competent, responsible workers. Covid-19 started the shortage by taking many of the part-time senior workers out of the workforce. Prudence by companies and seniors dictated that they should not be in contact with many other people. Hopefully these people will come back, but that is far from certain. Government policy of extended liberal unemployment compensation and regular checks has exasperated the problem. That and a epidemic of irresponsible and incompetent workers will leave business no choice but to make major changes in their plans.

The good news for the responsible and competent is that they have more opportunity than ever to receive increased wages, benefits and a path to advancement. Good employees are an asset to be rewarded and encouraged.

We have seen automation being incorporated for years and it is now taking a major leap forward. Today it is not uncommon for a single farmer, working alone, to plant, cultivate and harvest crops on 1000 acres. They sometimes have some part time help at harvest time. It is truly amazing.

We have seen fast food eliminate their inside dining, condense their menu and increase their profits with less workers. Many are also shortening their hours of operation, eliminating the low volumn time slots.

Automated check out will soon be the only alternative at big stores.

Many small business's are already consolidating and eliminating non-family workers, taking only the best jobs and shunning low profit jobs. Sometimes no workers is better than workers who are not an asset.

Right now, business is tolerating, tardy, incompetentant workers, many with substance abuse problems, and a high rate of employee theft. It the future these people will likely be content on the government dole, being rewarded for their lifestyle, but jobs will not likely be in their future. They, sadly, will deny themselves the self respect and dignity of earning their own living.

These changes will result in possibly getting anyone to do work for you, less likely. Longer wait times, increased prices and possibly needing a network of friends to get things done. We can expect a growing two tiered society based on the old fashioned idea of a strong work ethic.

Climate legislation: Saving the planet or unlimited government control?

BIGGEST INCREASE IN JOBS WILL BE REGULATORS AND TAX COLLECTORS

ALL ABOUT CONTROLLING THE BASIC NECESSITIES OF LIFE

For several decades now we have been bombarded with a narrative about the ultimate end of human existence due to Carbon Dioxide emissions. Carbon Dioxide is one of the basic elements necessary for life on earth. It is necessary for all plant growth. Without plant growth we would not be able to exist.

We are told that the warming of the climate is a direct result of an increase in CO2 emissions.
We are also told that government has to have the power to control all CO2 emissions or we are all going to die and that they can save us from ourselves.

While they repeatedly claim that the vast majority of government funded scientists agree with their analysis there are other opinions about the changes in the climate. Much has to do with forces way beyond the control of any government or proposed government. The shifting of the earth on its axis, changes in solar activity and a general historical record of periods of global warming and cooling. Also scientific historical records of increases and decreases in CO2 levels way beyond our present experience.

So, below is an brief summary of a book written by Ian Rutherford Plimer., he is an australian geologist, professor emeritus of earth sciences at the University of Adelaide. He has published 130 scientific papers, six books and edited the Encyclopedia of Geology.

Where does the Carbon Dioxide really come from?

Ok, here's the bombshell, The volcanic eruption in Iceland. Since its first spewing of volcanic ash, it has, in just FOUR DAYS, NEGATED EVERY SINGLE EFFORT you have made in the last five years to control CO2 emissions on our planet-all of you. Of course, you know about this evil carbon dioxide that we are trying to suppress- it is the vital chemical compound that every plant requires to live and grow and to synthesize oxygen for humans and all animal life.

I Know... it's very disheartening to realize that all of the carbon emission savings you have accomplished while suffering the inconvenience  and expense of driving Prius hybrids, buying fabric grocery bags, sitting up to midnight to finish your kids " The Green Revolution " science project, throwing out all of your non-green cleaning supplies, putting bricks in your toilet tanks, selling your SUV and speedboat, vacationing at home instead of abroad, nearly getting hit every day on your bicycle, replacing all your 50 cent light bulbs with $10.00 light bulbs....well. all of those things you have done have all gone down the tubes in just four days!

The volcanic ash emitted into the earth's atmosphere in just four days - yes, FOUR DAYS- has totally erased every single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And there are around 200 active volcanoes on the planet spewing out this crud at any one time-EVERY DAY.

I should mention that when the volcano Mt. Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in 1991, it spewed out more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than the entire human race had emitted in all its years on earth.

Yes, Mt. Pinatubo was active for over One year. Besides this we have to consider the effects of natural solar and cosmic activity, and the well-recognized 800 year global heating and cooling cycle, which keeps happening despite our completely insignificant efforts to affect climate change.

Another fact is that the wildfire season across western USA and Australia this year alone will negate your efforts to reduce carbon in our world for the next two or thee years. And it happens every year.

So remember when we hear government propose a carbon tax on you, will it have any effect on your quality of life? Or will it just create a system with more government control of what you use to heat, drive, an ultimately eat. And make everyone a lot poorer except the beneficiaries of this scheme who will prosper by taxing and trading an invisible and weightless element.

So, this is another opinion, it is always good to consider other opinions. Of course there is the constant attempt to drown out and negate any opinion not endorsed by the ruling elite.

Time for police and their unions to stand up.

TIME TO PUT POLITICIANS ON NOTICE THAT CONSEQUENCES ARE COMING

MAKE POLITICIANS MAKE THE HARD DECISIONS

The anti-police rhetoric and grandstanding by politicians and the media need a very heavy dose of reality. It is time for the police to give them this reality now! The back benchers and the second guessers need to be put on notice that it is their turn to make hard decisions and put it into writing.

First off, police should now put everyone on notice that in the future they will not physically engage with anyone. That they will no longer be wrestling with anyone except when they are attacked and in self defense. They should also put them on notice that if attacked they will use their service weapon in self defense. The politicians need to give written instruction in how the police are to act in every situation. If suspects resist arrest, what is the procedure that is acceptable? Should the police simply let go of anyone who does not want to be arrested? That seems to be the number one source of controversy. If the police refuse to engage in physical activity with these people, the politicians need to find an acceptable alternative. They need to find the solution.

They may consider that only black police respond to calls involving blacks. Let black officers police black neighborhoods and let white officers police white neighborhoods. Only black officers will be required to respond to incidents involving black suspects.

It is time for legal action to brought against the media who alter 911 tapes, edit videos or any intentional misinformation that is engaged in to create chaos and violent reactions. This has gone on in the past with the Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and many other cases. They need to be prosecuted for intentionally creating a narrative that results in lose of life and property. The police union should have standing to bring these charges and suits.

The police and their union should give every administration 2 weeks notice that they expect the answers to these questions in writing, or they will stay home until there is a satisfactory agreement. If their union is corrupt and not looking out for the well being of its officers they should be terminated and some new union should be created.

We can no longer expect police to make split second decisions to be reviewed frame by frame by a bunch of no-nothing political operatives and activists who have never been in their position. Time to put them in the position to make all the decisions for the police beforehand in writing or experience the consequences of no police.

What is the connection of psychiatric drugs to suicide and mass shootings?

MASSIVE INCREASE IN PSYCHIATRIC DRUGS BY AMERICANS

1 IN 5 OF ADULTS NOW PRESCRIBED PSYCHIATRIC DRUGS

It is interesting that there is little coverage of the massive increases in psychiatric drugs by Americans. With 1 in 5 adults and 1 in 20 children prescribed at least 1 daily drug, you would think it would be of interest to investigative reporters. You would also hope that there would be some analysis whether all this mental altering drug prescriptions are really necessary?  Does the fact that these drugs are a major source of advertising revenue for the major media have any effect on their reporting?

In the 1980's and 90's  there was much talk about the effects of Prozac and the relationship with suicide and mass shootings. If you recall the term "going postal" with a series of shootings by postal workers . At the time it was revealed that many of these offenders were taking prozac. We no longer hear any questions about the connection prescription drugs and suicide and unexplained mass shooting. Has there not been a survey of the drug use of these offenders?

Today there is a ever growing number of psychiatric drugs on the market. Here are just the most prescribed:
1. Xanax    48 million
2. Zoloft     42 million
3. Celexa    39 million
4. Prozac    29 million
5. Ativan     25 million

There are many dozens of other drugs. Many of these drugs are not the only drug that is being taken by these patients, some have been prescribe up to a dozen of these drugs to address their symptoms. I would speculate that the more drugs you take the more symptoms you need to adress.

We hear all kinds of causes espoused by the media and activists, but I have yet to hear of any question of the use of these drugs and the effects on the sanity of the american population.

It is reported that 25% of women between 40-50 take antidepressant medicine.

Many of these drugs are to address depression and anxiety. Anxiety is a normal emotion humans experience every day. It makes us pay attention and make decisions. In a more complex and complicated world we may have more reasons to experience anxiety. Suppressing this anxiety will not solve the problem. More time of introspection and meditation will help us sort out the causes of anxiety and make decisions to address the cause.

Depression is also often a sign we need to address conflicts in our lives. Suppressing the depression will not solve the problem. Acknowledging the problem then addressing these symptoms in a healthy way will be real cures for depression. Exercise,  diet and vitamin D in the winter  are some help in the physical side, and addressing the emotional conflicts will help. Drugs may actually complicate the problem.

We have been convinced as a nation that any discomfort is a disease we can cure or alleviate by some drug. In this modern world we are bombarded with an never ending list of things we need to adress. For many it may be time to analysis our lives and simplify things. Eliminate those things that are not the most necessary. Do you really have to do all that you are doing? Do the kids need to play every sport and every activity available?

Prescribed drugs are just part of the drug problem, then we have those who self medicate with illegal drugs and alcohol. I suspect the most serious problem in America today is an epidemic of drug use. Many of the other problems can not be solved without a mentally healthy population.

Roots of Russia, U.S. distrust 5

U.S., RUSSIAN RELATIONS, POST WW2, PART 5

COMMUNIST EXPERIMENT ENDS

MAJOR POLICY ERROR BY THE WEST

Image result for russia post soviet era

Boris Yeltsin was elected president of the Russian Soviet Federation Socialist Republic on June 12, 1991. With the resignation of Gorbachev he became the first elected president of the Russian Federation on Dec. 25th, 1991. One must take note that Yeltsin was the first elected president in the history of Russia. Democracy, free markets, and self government  had not existed at any time in their history. This was a population of much ethnic, cultural, political, and religious diversity. Yeltsin set out to embrace free market capitalism in a country with no experience and very little exposure to these ideas. It is a marvel that such a transition began in such a peaceful manner. There were still communists and many who would have preferred the old system. There was still great distrust of the west and capitalism. Ronald Reagan and the U.S. had the highest approval of the Russian people in history. Some in this country believed it was a plan to lull the U.S and its allies into complacency. Reagan's motto was, " Trust but verify", this attitude was acceptable to the Russians.

Yeltsin began by privatizing all government industry, this was accomplished by giving citizens vouchers for 10,000 rubles that could be transferred into shares of stock. While this was an admirable idea, many of the Russian people did not value these options and sold them to the more sophisticated members of their society. These were primarily former government officials and communist party members. This created the era of the oligarchs, who became very rich and powerful in a very short time. Yeltsin also urged cooperation with many economists from the U.S. and other western countries to advise them on how to move to a capitalist system.  I personally remember this time as a time of great hope of  peace and the welcoming of Russia into the community of nations. This was desired by many in Russia and the rest of the world. It was not to be a smooth transition, as one could imagine, but it was a movement that was now irreversible, at least as far as returning to communism. Boris Yeltsin was re-elected in 1996. These were times were we enjoyed the best relations with Russian and the west since 1917.

As the Soviet Union was being replaced by independence of the former Warsaw Pact countries and Russia, many negotiations were being engaged in to create a stable transition. The Russian Federation and NATO agreed that the unified Germany could be a member of NATO, but that all of the former Warsaw Pact countries would be independent entities. These agreements have been verified by former west German diplomats and former negotiators for the United States. Russia still had a memory of the fact that their survival was secured in the wars with Napoleon, WW1 and WW2 by the large distances from their possible enemies. Their large terrain was similar to our security of the Atlantic and Pacific ocean. This agreement was broken on July 8, 1997 when NATO agreed to the inclusion of Hungary, the Check Republic and Poland into NATO. This was accomplished in 1999. In 2004 Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania were also included.  According to George F. Kennan, an American diplomat and an advocate of the containment policy, this decision "may be expected to have an adverse effect on the development of Russian democracy; to restore the atmosphere of the cold war to East-West relations, to impel Russian foreign policy in directions decidedly not to our liking. This decision was criticized by many military, political and academic leaders as a " policy error of historic proportions." It seemed to be more than a policy error, but an intentional attempt to abort the democratization of Russia. This could be compared to Stalin's refusal to abide by his commitments at the end of WW2.

This attempt to encircle the Russian Federation  at a time of its vulnerability brought out the worst fears of the Russians. It would be no different than Mexico and Canada joining the former Warsaw Pact. This was the beginning of the new distrust between Russia and the United States and its allies.

Having survived covid shutdown, business now hobbled by lack of workers.

STIMULUS, EXTENDED UNEMPLOYMENT, RENT MORATORIUM MAKES WORKING UNNECESSARY

IT WILL ALL RESULT IN MORE HOMELESS AND JOBLESS

The CDC has now extended the eviction moratorium until June 30. Since when does a government agency have the authority to postpone rent for 10 million people? The stimulus package has extended supplemental unemployment until September. Some family's have received thousand's in stimulus payments. The result has been a shortage of workers to the point that some business's who struggled through lock-downs and reduced business are now reducing hours and even closing due to insufficient staff.

Just when things were on the road to recovery, business is now struggling just to keep open, remaining staff are sometimes working 60 to 80 hours to fill in for the call-offs, leaves of abscess and no shows.

Is this going to result in more calls for extending unemployment and the rent moratorium?

Are these policies just stupid or is this just another vote buying scheme?

While renters cannot be evicted for non-payment of rent, the rent is supposedly accumulating until this moratorium is over. Does anyone believe that many of these short-sighted renters will ever be able to pay the accumulated rent? There is going to be a very high price to pay for everyone involved in this scheme. Why didn't the government just provide temporary rent assistance, rather than create this disaster? Or is disaster and chaos a way of eventually gaining more political power?

Is the plan really to create a whole new crop of dependents. Dependent on government.

It is possible that there will be more business closings and downsizing than what occured in the last year.

It is reported that in Philadelphia 30% of renters are behind in their rent.  This also means that many land-lords are behind in their mortgage payments. The accumulated rent deficit is now estimated at as high as $70  billion dollars. Many land-lords now refuse to place vacant apartment for rent for the fear they will become part of the moratorium. Would you want to rent to someone who was evicted because they accumulated a year of rent to their former landlord?

We can expect the remedy will be massive public housing expansion to create more dependents on the government. I believe that is part of the infrastructure bill.

It is clear that all policies are to punish small business, and create more dependency on the government. Maybe everyone should just give up, stay home and sign up for a government program..

Police reform or citizen reform

POLICE  REFORM  OR  CITIZEN  REFORM

The news the last few days has been obsessed with police reform, calling for more training, higher education standards, more tasers, less guns. All the focus is how the police must better interact with the community. I did not hear anyone discuss how the community needs to better interact with the police.

When I was growing up I never heard my parents ever disparage the police. It was accepted that they had a job to do and that as citizens it was our duty to cooperate with the police.

Do you believe those values are taught to the children in Chicago or other major cities? The adversarial relationship between police and minority communities has only worsened during the Obama administration.  I don't remember Obama, his Attorney General, or any minority leaders ever encouraging respect for police, don't run when confronted by police, don't resist arrest, don't assault a police officer, don't attempt to humiliate and embarrass police, keep a civil and respectful attitude to the police and it most likely will be returned in kind.

I understand that respect for the police has been hampered by state and local politicians who have used petty laws to increase revenue for their area. This is a situation that should be addressed, as it undermines the citizen's view of the police and fosters an adversarial relationship. This is not the fault of the police, but the fault of their political bosses who require quotas or other incentives to increase revenue.

This is a problem in some areas of the local community. Anyone who drives down Route 100 in the Fogelsville area knows what I am talking about...or rolling stops at Buckeye Rd and Route 100, this has been going on for years. I must say the Penna. State Police have been pretty good in this respect and they have focused on real problems on the highways.

I understand that in some cities in America millions are collected in petty fines, often on the poorest members of the community. This should not be a difficult problem to correct, I suspect the police would be happy not to be revenue enhancers.

Any attempt to put all the blame on the police in this difficult time will only produce poor results. These problems need to be addressed by parents, who need to instruct their children, as well as community leaders, politicians from the local level up to the president.  Only a shared respect by all members of the community will have a positive result.

Real facts on Gun deaths

BIDEN FOLLOWS DEMOCRAT PATTERN OF OBSESSION WITH GUNS

PRESS CONFERENCE LOADED WITH LIES AND MISINFORMATION

It seems it is the right of passage for all new democrat administrations to focus on guns as one of their priorities early in their administration. I assume yesterday was Biden's checking of a box. Even he knows that his chances of passing any anti-2nd amendment legislation are remote. Non the less, he checked the box and the worst part of his orders is the appointing of an anti-gun extremist to the head of ATF. This person should never be confirmed for this job. This is a very important position and if taken by an anti-2nd amendment zealot, he will do a lot of harm to the ATF and to the country.

I personally dealt with the ATF for 35 years and the regulatory part of the ATF has always been a very professional, objective group of real people. They did their job, and had a good working relationship with all the firearms distributors and dealers. The encouraged a cooperative effort in the best interests of the country.

A zealot in charge of this agency will hinder that cooperation, take the focus off the real criminals and likely encourage harassment of the industry for political purposes.  This will not be in the best interest of anyone. The politicization of the ATF will be a disaster for ATF and for the country.

As for his stating that firearms deaths is a epidemic, that plainly is an exaggeration. The epidemic is the criminal element of the democrat ruled cities of America. Much of this is part of the drug trade. The fighting over turf and the collecting of drug debts. We see no focus on the criminal element in these cities, maybe that should be the administrations priority.  I do not recall one arrest by the FBI of any politician or law enforcement officer for taking drug money. Is drug cartel money only corrupting the politicians in other countries?

Below are murder facts from the FBI. take notice that more murders are committed with knives, blunt objects and fists than with rifles or shotguns.

The obsession with rifles by democratic politicians, must be a fear that in future they may be used against them. The facts about firearms deaths is that the majority are suicide, not included in the above table, which are not going to be solved by firearms laws.

As for democrat politicians fear of an armed populace, the only attacks on politicians have been by their own constituents against conservative politicians, encouraged by their stoking the hate and fear of conservatives in general.

Summary: George Floyd saga.

VIDEOS TELL MOST OF THE STORY

SITUATION WAS CREATED BY GEORGE FLOYD

We have all seen the video with a police officer with his knee on George Floyd's neck, the trial and accompanying videos have now given us the rest of the story. There will soon be witnesses for the defense and autopsy results, but the videos from individuals and from speedway across the street all show the whole ordeal from start to finish. The videos accompanied by the transcripts of the radio transmissions give a clearer picture of this event.

It all started when George Floyd gave a counterfeit $20 bill to a clerk at a convenience store. It was quickly discovered and the manager of the store sent the clerk out to tell Floyd to come back and make good on this bill, Floyd refused.

The manager and the clerk then went out and talked to Floyd to come back in and take care of this situation, he again refused.

Floyd was accompanied at the time by an unidentified male and an unidentified female, who Floyd's girlfriend described as Floyd's source of drugs.

The manager then called the police, all the while Floyd is sitting in his car across the street.

When the police arrive, the 2 other individuals leave the scene. Floyd refuses to get out of his car. He is clearly out of control and in a state of mental distress. Eventually the police pull him from his car and handcuff him and sit him on the sidewalk, talking to him and attempting to calm him down. Floyd could have driven away at anytime before the police arrived, but he may have been incapable of driving.

Eventually the police decide to put him in the rear of a police vehicle. The try to put him on the drivers rear side, but Floyd refuses to get in and physically they work for some time to get him in. He is crying and saying he is claustrophobic and he cant breathe. They finally get the door closed and Floyd begins to exit the passenger side. The police attempt to get him back in. By this time it seems all concerned are physically exhausted. They then get Floyd out and hold him on the ground. Telling him to stop struggling, which he does not do.

The police then call an ambulance, with a code that indicates he is mentally distressed. In a couple more minutes they call the ambulance that there is a more serious health situation. By the time the ambulance arrives Floyd is now not responding. He is already dead or dies shortly thereafter.

Floyd's girlfriend relates about both of their opiod drug use and that Floyd had OD'd a couple months earlier, had serious heart problems and barely survived.

Floyd could have ended all this by first exchanging the $20. bill. He then could have cooperated with the police and if he did not have any other counterfeit bills in his vehicle or residence, would have likely been let go. George Floyd made all the wrong decisions in this event and would be alive today if he would have made the right decisions.

The police could not control this man, they never hit him or tasered him, they had little choice, but to take him in or let him go. While everyone wants to blame his death on police action, the police can not just let people go after they are called to respond to any crime.

The police should not be expected to wrestle with every suspect they attempt to detain, give them tools to incapacitate suspects who resist without physical contact. Once the wrestling begins, no one is making rational choices.

This is very much a similar situation as the Eric Gardner case a few years ago in New York.

Maybe it time for the police and their unions to demand from politicians clear guidelines of what to do when someone refuses to cooperate, resists arrest, and they are unable to control someone. It is always easy to say what should not have been done, but no one wants to say what should be done.

Political war escalates into economic war.

MAJOR CORPORATIONS TO BE BOYCOTTED BY BOTH SIDES

TELL COKE AND BASEBALL TO TAKE A HIKE

The evolution of our society into a fascist cooperation between the democrat party and big corporations has been growing since the Obama administration. It began with the politicization of football, then the social media companies and now it seems all corporations are being pressured to choose political sides.

We have seen attempts that have backfired, like the attempt by the left to destroy Chik-Fil- A for not succumbing to political pressure and their business grew dramatically. It seems now it it going to be all out economic war.

The first targets seem to be settling in on Baseball and Coca-Cola. These boycotts will likely grow and become local as well as national. After all we have a major league affiliated team here in the lehigh Valley and a park called Coca-Cola park.

Amazon and companies based in cities like New York, San Francisco and other radical cities products may also become companies to boycott.

It is wonderful how we have seen the unity that Biden has made an effort to bring to the country. Just a lot of political nonsense. He is as much a political warrior as the rest of his party. Destruction in the quest of total political power is the name of the game.

Below is a list of Coca-Cola affiliated companies, I am sure there are alternatives, or if you are a leftist go get them.

AdeS soy-based beverages
Aquarius
Ayataka green tea
Ciel water
Costa Coffee
Dasani water
Del Valle juices and nectars
Fairlife
Fanta
Fresca
Fuze Tea
Georgia Coffee
Gold Peak teas and coffees
Honest Tea
ILOHAS
Innocent smoothies and juices
Powerade
Minuter Maid
Sim;y Juices
Schweppes
Smart water
Sprite
Topo Chico
vitaminwater.

Will  we soon be labeled to our political leanings by the contents of our shopping cart? Will the new accessory for shopping be a cover to keep our purchases confidential? The division just gets worse.

Fascist corporate cooperation with Democrats esculates.

COUNTRY FURTHER DIVIDES INTO TWO COUNTRIES

CORPORATE IMAGE DECLINES FURTHER

After racist allegations by Democrats and black leaders against changes to voting rules in Georgia,  much of the corporate world folded into denouncing the legislation. One must wonder, did any of these people actually read the legislation, or was it all just a fear of boycotts, vandalism or violence? Do they fear violence from the left more than from those wanting election integrity? If the corporate world had any sense they would have made the decision years ago, not to get involved in divisive political issues. It is a lose, lose situation for them in the long run. No matter their position, it will be alienating some segment of their customer base. I expect they also fear government action or regulation against their business if they don't cooperate in the fascist takeover of the country.

The Georgia law, which now requires voter ID to request absentee ballots, which is supported by 70% of citizens, a limit to the number of drop boxes and an increase in security and custody rules for these boxes, which should be supported by everyone. More legislature control of the the process in all precincts, rather than having every precinct set their own rules. Extending early voting to include 2 saturdays rather than 1. Shortening the time to request absentee ballots in the hope to have the counting done in a timely matter. And limiting interaction from political activists and those waiting in line, which is the policy most anywhere. Water and food can be supplied , but not with personal interaction. None of these changes will deny anyone the right to vote.

Much of this has to do with sending a message to other states, do not try to change rules that allow Democrats to cheat.

The voting process has to be foolproof and very difficult to cheat. That should be the goal of everyone if we are going to be able to trust our election process. There is nothing in any of these proposals that cause black voters to be unable to vote. It is just another opportunity to cry racist, Jim Crow and any other adjective at republicans or anyone who wants election integrity.

Rather than an escalation of voter cheating, both sides could engage in this process, we need rules that insure election integrity.

This stampede by corporate leaders to endorse and support the democratic party will not be in their long term best interest. They have now engaged in censorship of opposition speech at the bequest of the democrat party and publicly sided against  any attempt at election reform. They are guilty of racist indoctrnation of their employees by pushing critical race theory and forcing white employees to admit their white privilege or lose their job or be branded with no hope of advancement.. This is the clearest definition of a Fascist system. We have seen the words escalate in the destruction of business that has not cooperated, the forcing of people from their jobs for not cooperating. This is not the America of opportunity, but the road to totalitarian fascist government.

How do U.S. corporate tax rates compare to other countries?

SHOULD CORPORATE TAX RATES BE COMPETITIVE WITH THE COMPETITION?

OR IS IT ALL IRRELEVANT TO THE ECONOMIC HEALTH OF THE NATION?

We see that the Biden administration is now about to focus on taxes,  raising them. We have been hearing from the democrats that lowering the corporate tax rate form 35 % to 21 % was a giveaway to the rich. That it only benefited the rich.  If we entice corporations to locate or expand in this country, is it good for everyone or just the rich? If we increase private sector job growth will that increase tax revenues as the economy grows and produces more wealth? If corporate profits increase will the government get more tax revenues? Do profitable companies create opportunities for pension funds to grow or does that only benefit the rich? Do government financed jobs really create long term prosperity or does that approach transfer wealth and power to government from the private sector?

So what are the corporate tax rates in 2020 compared to the rest of the developed world?

First lets look at our producer competition:

China        25%
Japan         29%
Korea        27%
Taiwan      20%
Viet Nam  20%
Mexico     30%
Canada     26%

Most countries only have a national corporate tax, but in the U. S state corporate taxes range form 2.5% in North Carolina to 11.5%  in New Jersey. This could in effect could be added to the federal rate to get the total corporate rate for a company in the U.S. 23.5? in N.Carolina and 32.5% in New Jersey. Pennsylvania and 5 other have state corporate rates at 9% or more. Pa. total rate 30%. Do we accept the fact that expansions and new locations for corporations take into account the tax they will be subject to? It is not the only criteria, but it is a factor. That and over regulation..

At Bidens 28%, Corporations in New Jersey would be subject to a 39.5% tax rate. Would this bode well for the economic future of New Jersey? Will a higher rate discourage international corporations from expanding in this country?

The rest of the developed world rates are as follows:

Ireland                 12.5%
United Kingdom 19%
Israel                    23%
Italy                      27%
Denmark              22%
Finland                 20%
France                   32%
Germany               29%
Russia                   20%
Mexico                  30%

Does anyone believe that in the long haul raising tax rates will result in more revenue for the taxing authorities. It may in the short run, but you inevitably see economic activity moving to the places that are the most attractive to these companies.

If you want to create jobs, and with it a growth of wealth you want to make your location the most attractive  place to do business. Low taxes and  modest regulation all  encourage the growth of the economy and with it more tax revenue. Extracting wealth off the top is like eating the seed corn. And borrowing money to create jobs, is just a dead end policy. Why would we want to be on the higher end of the tax rate, rather than on the lower end?
