 1/6 COMMISSION, JUST  ANOTHER POLITICAL SHOW

ALREADY 3 INVESTIGATIONS UNDERWAY

The FBI, the House of Representatives and the Senate are in the process of reviewing the incident of January 6, 2021. We can expect it will already be a two sided analysis tainted by political considerations. One more will not make any difference. The real object is to engage in another years long investigation with the accompanied leaks and anonymous sources that will attempt to eliminate any political future for Donald Trump. You can expect it would save its findings for sometime near the midterm elections. 

After 3 years of the fake Mueller probe, 2 impeachments and ongoing political motivated investigations can anyone that's awake take any government conducted investigations seriously. It is just another dog and pony show to keep America fixated on the stories of their choosing rather than a debate on the real issues affecting the future of the country. 

The Democrats want to make the January riot into a armed revolution to overthrow the government. This is such a far stretch. First no one was armed, no one took weapons away from officers and used them, no one burned the building. Did some break the law and did they overstep the bounds of peaceful protest? Yes. Just like 2 years of worse rioting, looting, assault and vandalism that plagued major U.S. cities and government buildings across the nation. Of course, those instances were not to be part of any proposed investigation. Those instances only affected average American citizens, not the elite in Washington D.C. who are not used to experiencing fear like most residents of America's big cities do every day. 

It is interesting that they want near 2 billion dollars for more security for the capital, while at the same time want to defund the police in most cities. What an example of their hypocrisy! 

Has the FBI yet investigated who pays for Antifa and BLM to travel around the country to engage in PEACEFUL protests? Of course, we are to believe these are all spontaneous demonstrations. Have they yet to reveal who pays for and coordinates the trucks that show up with signs, bricks and frozen water bottles? Don't hold your breath, they have more important things to investigate. 

And GOD forbid that anyone should ask for any investigation into voting irregularities in this country, that in itself is labeled an attack on democracy and punishable by shunning, shaming and if they had their way, much worse.

Social media and the internet should be viewed as a utility.

 NEW SERVICES ARE USUALLY SPARED REGULATION UNTIL THEIR ABUSES BECOME APPARENT

ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE, TELEVISION AND RADIO  ARE ALL SIMILAR SERVICES

When electric power was first introduced to customers in the 1850's there was little regulation. The first regulations were mostly local, then evolved into state and finally some sort of federal regulation. Utilities that operate locally or in a single state would unlikely be regulated by the federal government. Utilities that operate country wide and across state line would most likely be regulated by the federal government.

We have become accustomed to utilities to being regulated. Electric, Gas, Television, Radio, Trucking, Railroads are all regulated to some extent. 

Historically, utilities have had their regulations steadily increased until finally they reach a point were their services and the rules for them reach a consensus, then regulation is often slowly relaxed as everyone knows the expectations for service.

The internet and social media are now only 20 years old. While many have used the internet before this time, they were few. These services have now become an integral part of everyday life for the vast majority of citizens worldwide. Up until recently these new services have enjoyed widespread support. They have now become an essential service, like electric and other services we take for granted as being necessary for a modern life. This applies to business and also private use.

We saw the first abuses by some of these internet sites quite a few years ago, when some sites banned the sale of certain legal items that were not liked by the managers. There were often other sites that were more accommodating and so there was no widespread outcry. 

2020 will likely go down in history as a breaking point for internet regulation. While certain things were always self regulated, such as child pornography, drugs, human trafficking or advocating violence or other illegal activities it was in 2020 that widespread, coordinated discrimination based on political opinion become a part of the practice of the internet and social media monopoly.

These services could have likely gone on for decades without substantial regulation if they would have been as coordinated in their desire for free speech and non-discriminatory practices. 

Would society support utilities denying electric services to certain people with certain political positions. This, even in today's partisan divide,  would be overwhelmingly opposed. 

Section 230 of  FCC regulation gives these companies immunity form liability for actions by those who use their service. This should be maintained as it it essential for a platform of free speech. If someone libels someone they still have the ability to sue the perpetrator, but not the service provider, this is as it should be.

Right now, there is a realization there is problem, and the providers have abused their lack of regulation. Since they have been unable to police their platforms and services with a fair and objective way, they have now opened themselves up to regulation. If we look at utility regulation, it often doesn't stop with just mandating equal opportunity of service, but often leads to controls on executive compensation and other rules that these adolescent authoritarians will find very oppressive. 

So far, members of congress have not been able to identify what needs to be regulated and how. 2020  has put a clear area for regulation under their microscope and as this service matures and congressmen understand the power of these companies and the money involved they will find a new and lucrative target for regulation.

Since they have become the facilitators of the party now in power, they may not see regulation right now, but their support and approval has been diminished to many of the citizens and it is inevitable that they will be regulated in the future.

Business can adapt by looking to the past.

WHO SAYS YOU MUST BE OPEN 7 DAYS 24 HRS A DAY?

TIME TO FOCUS ON EFFICIENCY

When I was growing up, stores were not open on Sundays in Pennsylvania until the late 1960's. Most stores, including gas stations, closed around 6 pm. except on Thursday nights when they remained open until 9 or 10.  Banks were usually open from 9 to 3 with one extended evening. That 's were the phrase "bankers hours" came from. Auto dealers are still not open on Sunday by a mutual agreement of the big dealers, which actually is a form of collusion that disadvantages small or part time dealers. 

No one is suggesting that hours should be dictated by some government edict or law, but business should take this opportunity of worker shortages and material shortages to evaluate their business practices. It would not take a lot of effort to discover a business's peak time and day slots. I have been in some 24/7 stores that are likely not showing a profit during much of that extended time. Also late open hours increase the risk of criminal behaviour and risk to your employee's. 

So what if all the convenience and gas stations began closing from 7PM to 6AM. Do you think that any loss of business would not be offset by a reduction in costs? People would still need to buy the same amount of gas, they would just have to adjust to the open hours. The idea is, would they all be better off to run a very efficient operation that could focus on maximizing sales and service during their shortened hours. 

With the shortage of good workers, reliable and responsible employee's are being forced to cover for all the no shows, call offs and the just plain shortages of workers. Many good workers are feeling the strain of working 7 days and extended hours and soon they will start to loose their ability to do a good job. So it might be time to make major adjustments and focus on becoming more efficient in shorter hours and save your workers for the long haul. Reward and take care of your good workers.

Many are hoping that all of a sudden there will be an appearance of more reliable workers. This is likely just a false hope. The employment situation will most likely not improve until after September, when the extended unemployment benefits will expire. That may even be an optimistic hope as more benefits will be starting in the coming month with a $300 payment per month for each child. This in effect will make up for the end of supplemental unemployment payment. Then unemployment benefits may be extended even after September. So, rather than hoping things will get better, it might be good policy to take action now, to save the workers you have now.

There is always the possibility that benefits will continue until the next election when the talking point will be, "vote for us " or the other side will take away your benefits.

Anti-semitic and Asian racist attacks increase.

WE SEE OPEN HOSTILITY IN NEW YORK TO THE JEWISH AND ASIAN POPULATION

While the democrat majority is fixated on the fear of white supremacist activism, this is defined as any white people who oppose their policies or anyone no matter their race who voted for Donald Trump. Major cities are seeing a dramatic increase in assaults committed against Asian and Jewish residents. These are purely racist attacks motivated solely because these groups are present. These crimes are being committed overwhelmingly by black and middle eastern immigrants who now believe they have the right to express their politics and own racism in a violent way. 

The increase in verbal anti-white rhetoric is also increasing everywhere there is contact between the races. If you doubt this, ask anyone working in retail with minority customers. You can expect that also will become more violent in the future.

Does anyone doubt that intentional encouragement of vandalism, destruction of property and personal assaults that has permeated the major cities of the country for the last 2 years is now resulting in this increase in racist behaviour. Not only is it happening in the streets, but in the halls of congress were we routinely hear anti-semitic and anti white racist rhetoric.  We continually hear about whites being racist against anyone who is not white, but the reality is overt and open racism against Whites, Jews and Asians is ok with democrat politicians, all to maintain their minority votes.

Democrat politicians and their cohorts on MSNBC and CNN and other medias are obsessed with race.
Everything and everybody is racist, we have a racist legal system, we have racist policing, we have racist math, we have racist SAT tests, we have racist cartoons, racist children's books, everything is racist and must be eliminated to have a perfect non-racist country. In effect,  they are the racists who view everyone and everything in a racist prism. 

It seems the root of this obsession is to label anyone who is responsible and successful as having acquired their success because of racism and privilege. I expect this will apply to Asians, Jews, Indians and of course Whites.

The racial atmosphere in the country has deteriorated to where it is at the lowest point in 50 years, all in the attempt for political advantage. Does anyone ever ask where will this end?  Are these race hucksters willing to destroy the country to increase or maintain their advantage with minority voters by convincing them that they need to exact their retribution and revenge on the others who they believe is the cause of their own misfortune.

Rather than teach the universal and eternal truths of success, such as having children born into 2 parent families, abstain from drug and alcohol use, foster a desire for learning and excellence and having a continuity of these principles for several generations, poor communities are continually bombarded with messages that you have no hope of success because the deck is stacked against you and white people are continuously conspiring to keep you oppressed. These are messages of democrat politicians who really don't care to improve the long term lot of poor and disadvantaged people. They offer them basic sustenance and dependence rather than true financial independence and freedom.

Not being content with a daily diatribe of racist propaganda in congress and the media, they have now turned to the schools to convey racist propaganda to young children, risking increasing racial division and tensions for generations to come.

They have in the last 50 years destroyed the black family and damaged all family structures, they have taught a message to young people that they are either oppressed or are oppressors. Entertained the idea that righteousness and all fairness comes from an all encompassing Federal government that will be the super hero of the future. All for their lust for unlimited power.

The very worst symptom of racism is when a group determines to believe that their problems are all brought on them by some other racial group. Welcome to 21st century politics.

Russia's pragmatic approach to climate change

  RUSSIA: THE CLIMATE IS CHANGING, JUST ADAPT TO THE CHANGES

WHILE ENCOURAGING THE WEST TO MAKE DRASTIC CHANGES

Russian scientists have decided that the climate is changing, but there is no human action that will make any appreciable difference in these changes.  

Russia, whose territory occupies much of the far northern hemisphere, sees climate change as an opportunity rather than a source of fear. A warming of the climate will make more of Russian territory capable of cultivation and exposes vast areas of mineral wealth. They have not failed to begin taking advantage of this opportunity.

While Russia has taken part in conferences and meetings encouraging global cooperation on remedying climate change, their focus has been on taking advantage of the changes to create access to these new found sources of wealth. Not only access, but installing the necessary military infrastructure to protect those resources from any attempted infringement from other nations or private interests.

Russia has certainly put its financial resources to work to make these ideas a reality. Their infrastructure spending in the Arctic region is unmatched by anyone. It is unlikely anyone in the west will be able to compete with Russia in Arctic expansion. They have built new bases all over the region, They have the most advanced nuclear powered Ice breakers. They have experience in working in these conditions and if the climate warms as much as many fear, they will be positioned to adapt and benefit from the climate change.

While some in the west have also floated ideas to take advantage of the changing climate, even suggesting buying Greenland, most are fixated to stopping the changes, even if it means destroying their economic well being. 

It is unlikely that Russia will be challenged in their endeavors, while the West is fixated on internal self analysis, unlimited immigration and soaring social spending they have taken an objective analysis of the future and are placing themselves in a lucrative position to embrace the changes that will benefit their country.

We continuously hear about all those people who don't pay any taxes or don't pay their FAIR share. Fair share has been a very vague term that I have never heard anyone explain what constitutes fair share. There are a lot of statistics on taxes. I believe the numbers on taxes are likely still accurate. 

The Federal government took in $3,464,000,000,000 in 2019, that's almost 3.5 Trillion if all those zeros have overcome you. The government spent $4,448,000,000,000. That amounted to a budget deficit of $984,000,000,000. The indicates that 23% of the money spent was either funded by borrowing or just created out of thin air. This is what creates price inflation which is the devaluing of the money you earn, save or invest. So to just balance the budget in 2019, it is a lot worse today, taxes would need to be raised 23%. How would you like a 23% tax increase? That is why the government will tell everyone, you will not be taxed, it will be the other guy who will pay the tax.

Increases in  taxes are paid in effect by everyone, if not directly, but through higher prices needed to charged, or less spending on investment to supply products or a decline in the value of your money. I could go on and on, but taxes are paid collectively more than the government would like you to believe.

Corporate tax rates are always a target, but keep in mind corporations can move out of the country,shift production out of the country and increases in taxes will translate into a increases in prices. Also the government then taxes any dividends or capital gains earned by shareholders. It is in effect double taxation. 

Government has always attempted to pit one group against another, Promising they are only going to tax the rich, everyone but you. 

Government spending on projects promises jobs and growth, but no government spending promotes growth, it may translate into temporary jobs, but it is financing these jobs by taking money from someone else, so in effect no net wealth is ever created. It is just transforming the economy from the private sector to the government sector. Infrastructure projects should be paid for with surplus funds, not by borrowing or passing the cost on to everyone's children.

More government spending and taxing is going to translate into more inefficiency, more inflation and in a net decline in the wealth of the nation.

Election audit: " Methinks they protest too much"

 MASSIVE RESISTANCE TO ANY ELECTION AUDITS JUST BEGS THE QUESTION,WHY?

ELECTION CONFIDENCE NEEDS TO BE RESTORED

The heat concerning the Maricopa county, Arizona forensic election audit keeps increasing by the week. Ever since the Arizona senate voted to do a complete audit in Arizona there have been cries about destroying faith in the election system and destroying democracy. This hysteria only raises more questions about the election results. Since when does an audit in itself destroy democracy or faith in the election system, We already have a lack of faith in the election system, only an audit can remove those doubts.

The Arizona senate has had to fight tooth and nail with subpoenas and court orders to allow this audit to proceed. It has been fought from everyone from the county elected officials to the department of Justice. Again, Why?

This audit began April 23 and is expected to be concluded in a few more weeks. It is being overseen by a company called Cyber Ninja's from Florida. Wave technologies of Pennsylvania is overseeing the hand counting and CyFir of Virginia is examining the machines and electronics. They are assisted by screened volunteers. They are examining the paper, the ballots, the voter rolls and anything to do with the election. 

Eventually there will be a report of their findings which will not have any legal ability to overthrow the election results. If there are things found, they will need to go through the legal process. Again, Why all the hysteria?

The democrats all across the nation have been calling for this audit to be stopped. They have exaggerated any leaks that have surfaced to accuse everyone of a biased audit. It seems they are trying to set the stage to discount any findings of this audit. Again WHY? 

You think everyone would like to see such an audit take place. This should be a routine, that all elections are spot checked in certain counties or polling places, just to assure everyone that our elections are fair. We audit companies for their records. We want commissions to investigate everything under the sun, but no, you can never look at the election system as it could be destructive to democracy and lower our faith in the voting system. Those arguments are absurd and only again raise the question, WHY?

Hamas big gamble could spell its demise.

HOPED FOR SUPPORT IS NOT HAPPENING

NO CEASEFIRE UNTIL HAMAS IS DESTROYED 

The big gamble by Hamas to turn public opinion to their support is failing. Emboldened by the urging of Iran and the promises of Democrat politicians that the Biden administration would support their cause against Israel prompted them to go all out in their attacks on Israel. 

While the Trump administration was brokering peace with Arab nations in the middle east, Democrats were traveling to the region urging the Palestine authority to not negotiate with the Trump administration. Promising a better deal if they were elected. They also did the same with Iran, promising they would lift sanctions and renew the deal that is now scheduled to start expiring in 2 years.

There has been calls for a cease fire from left wing officials around the world and orchestrated protests in the west and Arab countries. So far, it has all been ineffective in rallying support from the leadership in these countries. It may be that many are becoming tired of this 70 year conflict. They believe that until the terrorist groups like Hamas are gone there can be no peace or prosperity in the region. The leadership and the public opinion in Israel is clear that there will be no cease fire until Hamas has been made ineffective.

The Biden administration is now in a dilemma, they have made restoring the Iran deal a priority. The Arab nations, who enjoyed relative peace for the last 4 years, know that a more wealthy Iran will create more cahous in the region. Iran has never stopped their support for terror from Hezbollah, Hamas and the Yemen rebels. Most Arab nations do not want a stronger and eventually nuclear capable Iran. While not all fans of Israel, they do not consider Israel a threat to their well being.

If Israel is successful in decemating Hamas it will send a message that they will not compromise their safety for a false peace and they will not allow Hamas to regroup to fight another day.

We will see if the Biden administration can now take the lead and demand Iran cease all support for these terrorist groups in the region. Make it clear that there will be no negotiation as long as Iran continues to support these groups. I believe he would find a warm reception from the rest of the countries in the region and Israel, which would then make a lasting agreement a possible reality.

It is a perfect opportunity to exert true leadership and could rally a now distrustful Arab leadership to work for an ultimate conclusion to this situation. The Trump administration made a good start to a new reality in the middle east, the Biden administration now has the opportunity to conclude the deal.

Coordinated attack on Israel underway.

IRAN AND LEFT WORK TO END ISRAEL AS A NATION 

WILL NEED TO FIGHT ALL OUT BATTLE FOR SURVIVAL

With the introduction of the Biden administration's return to the mid-east policy of the past the region is about to explode into death and destruction. Israel is facing a coordinated attack from across all its borders and an uprising from factions inside. This is accompanied by attacks by the leftist factions around the world, both politicians and the media.

The dynamics of the region changed when the Biden administration renewed funding for the Palestinian authority, which is in  effect the terrorist organization Hamas. It also is in the process of relaxing sanctions on Iran, which will allow Iran to finance more assaults by Hamas, Hezbollah and the rebels in Yemen. Of course, the goal is to reverse the progress made by the Abraham accords and apply political pressure on the neighboring  Arab nations to renew their opposition to Israel's existence.

We see demonstrations supporting the destruction of Israel in the U.S. and Europe and you can expect to see it soon in the Arab countries. This along with the liberal media condemning Israel for responding to hundreds of missile attacks from Gaza and Lebanon.

Israel is continuously labeled by the media as an occupation force, that needs to allow all comers to immigrate into Israel and in effect overcome the Jewish population. This in effect will be the end of Israel as a nation and you would again see the Jewish people of the region forced to either leave or die. The people of Israel will need to unify as never before and be willing to take whatever action is necessary for their survival. They may have to fight on many fronts and against world public opinion.

Israel may be able to survive this all out attack, but it will have to think of Israel first and not allow themselves to be put at the mercy of their enemies both on the outside and within.

BIDEN POLICY IS TO QUICKLY DISTRIBUTE ALL NEW ARRIVALS AROUND THE COUNTRY

THERE IS NO POLICY FOR BORDER CONTROL

The Biden administration has blamed the problems at the border as a result of the policies of the Trump administration. What they have stated is the Trump administration dismantled the system that processed new arrivals quickly into the country. There goal is to process all arrivals quickly and distribute them across the country. There is no plan to control the flow of new arrivals. 

Biden actually made it clear early on, when he told those planning to come to the country to wait until they were able to process them quickly. That is the goal. Process them quickly and bus them all over the country as quickly as possible.

Biden is asking for more funds, not to secure the border, but for more people to help with processing and busing these people into the country. We can expect this to become a flood of new arrivals that will likely overload the social welfare system, create havoc at most hospitals and see a huge increase in homeless.

The rest of the Biden plan is to supply these new arrivals with housing, food stamps and medical care. This is not speculation, but the openly stated plan from the administration. It seems we have moved from becoming the homeless shelter for the world to becoming the retirement destination for the third world. No matter what funds are allocated to house, feed and care for these new arrivals it will be years before those things can be available. In the meantime you can expect the quality of life and security for the rest of the country to decline.

Any reasonable person should be able to see that these plans are not in the best interest of this country. It is the intentional process of destabilising the social and economic fabric of the country. We expect that the solution will then be more government programs and more government control.

 FORMER REPUBLICAN OFFICE HOLDERS WANT THIRD PARTY

LIKELY THEY JUST WANT PARTY TO BEG THEM TO STAY

Yesterday the Republican house members removed Liz Chaney from a house leadership role. Of course, she is still the representative from Wyoming, but will have less of a say in the direction of the party. She vows to do all that she can to keep Donald Trump away from the White House. The old establishment of the party is still of the opinion that they can retake control of the party. Even without Trump in office, the party will not return to the old party of the Bush's. The party is forever changed, with or without Trump.

We have seen this evolution of the republican party over the last 40 years. Ronald Reagan was never supposed to win the nomination in 1980. It was supposed to be George Bush. As vice president he was able to moderate Reagan and he then promised to follow his policy. He did not, he immediately returned to the policies that many republicans rejected in 1980. He proceeded to create chaos in the middle east with the first gulf war, which set the stage for our present over extended foreign policy. 

The grass roots revolution in 1994 was just that, it was a grass roots rebellion against the excess of the Clinton Administration. It allowed the republicans to take control of the house and senate. The establishment mostly co-oped this revolution by 1996. While Clinton was forced to moderate and Newt Gingrich made some positive steps that may have been the last we have seen of bi-partisanship. 

The second Bush was elected in 2000, it was back to war again. The 911 attack was a direct result of the former Bush mid-east policy. The destruction of most of the middle east and continuation of the policy of exercising the power of the only remaining super-power. Bush made very little effort to save working people jobs and seemed resigned to allow China to become the manufacturer of goods for the American market. Both Bush's believe in open borders. Bush one put his foot in it when he began talking about the "New world Order". Bush 2 talked of a new Highway from Mexico to Kansas city unhampered by any regulation or control. 

Obama seemed to be preoccupied with racial politics and let the state department run a campaign of regime change around the world. A stagnant economy with many small business's just surviving. Much of the republican leadership seemed content with the status quo. Manufacturing jobs continued to leak out of the country. Bank bailouts and a poor economy set the stage for 2016.

17 republicans ran for the job. A large percentage were of the adherents of the Bush trade and foreign policy agenda. Only Donald Trump stood out as an advocate of a change of direction. Jeb Bush started out at 15% and it was only down hill from there. The second string bush backed candidates didn't do much better, despite massive opposition from all over, Trump was successful because many hoped he would, unlike the rest of them, actually make changes in direction in Washington.

Trump attempted to live up to his promises. He stood up to relentless attacks and opposition from politicians and the government powers themselves. He did the best he could and showed republicans and many around the world a new way. His policies are what the vast majority of republicans support and they are more sophisticated at deciphering who supports those policies. Trump took the Reagan revolution to the next step.

Liz Chaney is just the latest designated Bush encouraged attacker of Trump and his policies. We have seen Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney, Jeff Flake, John Kasich and others, so far their attacks have only impressed Democrats in their hope that the Republican party will implode and Donald Trump will disappear, so far none of that is on the horizon. 

Now we hear that Tom Ridge, Christine Whitman, and other former members of Bush cabinets want to start a third party. Does that mean that have given up on taking control of the republican party? We will see Kasich, Flake, Dent, and other former republican office holders making noise about forming a party, I would assume it's their last desperate gasp of political relevancy. The Republican party is the New Republican party, it is loaded with lots of young, talented members and candidates.  While many grimaced at Trumps's style, He has single handedly invigorated the party for many years to come.

The latest ransomware attack on a strategic pipeline has brought into focus this ongoing extortion by unknown hackers. Of course the usual response is the Russians did it. The Russians might as well have done it since they have been used as a foil by the FBI and others in intelligence for years now. Even when the FBI and others have been the authors of much of this disinformation. The so called Russia/Trump collusion has been proved to have been known a hoax by the FBI before they even started their three year witch hunt. 

As for ransomware, I personally had one of those attacks a few years ago, and the culperts would have settled for $189.00 paid by credit card. I didn't pay, but it caused a lot of wasted time. It has been reported that many of these attacks have been leveled at local and state government and other institutions. How are they asked to pay? Are we to believe that the FBI is unable to track and find the money? What is really going on here?

It is known that eastern europe is well endowed with sophisticated hackers. My experience was from an asian country. I actually had a conversation via telephone with someone. The hacking is possible but the transfer of money should be able to be traced, if they really want to. It would be in the best interest of all countries to cooperate in stopping this.

This would have applied particularly with Russia and Ukraine. Russia has cooperated with us on terrorism, even when the FBI  refused to heed their warnings about the Boston bombing brothers. It may now be possible that Russia will just let us figure it out on our own, since out intelligence community has been willing to blame them everytime that they are unable or unwilling to identify the perpetrators.

Of course, we must understand that the FBI is very busy these days, having to send expeditions to Alaska in search of Nancy Pelosi's laptop, raiding Rudy Giuliani's office for material that Mr. Giuliani's offered them freely. Maybe we need a new organization to investigate crime and change the name of the FBI to the Office of Political Investigation, the OPI.  Why does that sound so much like something from a totalitarian socialist country?

ARE WE NOW IN NEED OF MORE GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION?

Last weeks anemic April jobs report, which came in at only 25% of the expected number of new jobs, has created an awakening for some as to the true picture of the U.S. jobs market. If they would have been listening to employers, they would have known all about this. Employers have been sounding the alarm since shortly after the last stimulus package, which extended the moratorium on rent, extended extra unemployment benefits and sent out checks to everyone. 

These extensions have been extended to September, will this lack of workers be a problem until fall?

There are millions of jobs available but "necessity is truly the mother of invention" as is going to work.

There are some who like to work, will always be looking for things to do, looking to find better ways to do things. Then there are some, and I fear a growing number, who would happily let their life go by, watching youtube,  communicating with friends on facebook and generally accomplishing nothing of value for their whole life.

The former often become successful, and then become the object of envy because they have more than the latter. It is because they embrace work as a fact of life and the latter attempt to escape it whenever possible.

All this, in a true market economy, becomes tempered by the old necessity thing. Idleness has never paid well, until we have the vote buying schemes of the purveyors of Socialism. Vote for us and we can suspend gravity if necessary to make you life easier and we will take from those idiot work lovers to keep you dependent on our good will.

History has proven, when the numbers of the work-lovers become less than the work escapers it all comes crashing down. 

It will be interesting if the socialists will be able to juggle the work environment they created until the 2022 election. They may have peaked way too early. Then again, maybe they can come up with another government program to carry them until the next election.

BIDEN'S PLAN WOULD DEVASTATE AMERICAN ECONOMY

INCENTIVES AND DISINCENTIVES WOULD LEAD TO DISASTER

Joe Biden has revealed his economic plans for America. It all sounds wonderful as long as you ignore human nature and what incentive's encourages people to work and plan for their and their families future.

Under Biden and most other Democratic plans, they want to raise taxes to as high as 52 %, this is on income of over 10 million. taxes are also raised on incomes over 200K. He also wants to eliminate the cap on social security taxes which is now at 200K. So a self employed person who has a small business would be paying 52% income, 15% social security, 5% local and state, and in some states much more, not to mention real estate, sales and other taxes. This would add up to 72% just on income. 

We also hear of annual wealth taxes, which would tax your assets at about 2% per year to start. In effect confiscation of your assets a little bit every year. 

All this would supposedly add Trillions to the government coffers and increase the federal government control into every aspect of life.

But any sane person could see that this disincentive would cause people to possibly forgo expanding and growing their business, and to shift assets to material rather than paper assets. This alone would cause a slowing of the economy and encourage people to make less money.

On the other end of the economy, if we guarantee health care, food, housing and education we have now discouraged any work at all. Why would anyone work harder so that a larger and larger share of their income would be taken in taxes. This again would cause a slow down in economic activity and begin a vicious cycle of more taxes, less incentive and more taxes, much as the economic plans in our major cities. 

As far as health care, many assume that replacing insurance companies, who now administer the financing of healthcare, with government bureaucrats would be more efficient. This is most likely just the opposite. We would see large pensions, and weak incentives to be productive, just as in all government controlled endeavors.

Necessity is indeed the mother of invention, without incentives to work, to survive and prosper we would in a short time be on the road to a Venezuela type outcome.

Also, when people resist, by hiding assets, working by barter and other ways of bypassing taxes, it will require an increasing authoritarian and intrusive government to insure compliance.

By appealing to peoples envy of those who enjoy their work and often work many hours to have large incomes and also appealing to those, who if they had their choice would do no work at all, we would be encouraging the wrong incentives for both groups. Does anyone doubt that such a system would produce more dependents and less actual hard working folk.

The embracing of these incentives is not a mistake, a miscalculation or ignorance, it is just another step to lower the wealth of the American people and the country. If one believes we need to move to a global government, we need to equalize the living standards around the world. It is not only a plan of redistribution at home, but also a plan of global redistribution. We can expect a rush to recapture the setbacks the globalists have endured for the last 4 years.

Only fair tax is a flat tax.

 WHO DETERMINES SOMEONE'S FAIR SHARE?

TAXES ARE ALSO A POLITICAL WEAPON

We continue to hear the term FAIR SHARE, a very vague term. It is always coupled with stories of wealthy individuals or corporations who have paid a low or no tax amount. If anyone is legally paying no taxes it is the fault of the same politicians who continue to use the term fair.

These same politicians like the present president, Schumer in the senate and Pelosi in the house, have been writing tax laws for decades. They have always allowed exemptions and cutouts for their favored allies. The tax laws are an abomination of bureaucratic corruption. They all made it so and will continue to do the same.

The only fair tax is a flat tax, same rate paid by everyone, without exemptions, credits and special rates for favored business's. Everyone should pay some tax. Yes, everyone, maybe the first 10,000 should be exempt, then the same rate for everyone. Everyone needs to have an equal stake in the system. What we have now is the ability of the politicians to divide the country and claim they are going to tax only the wealthy. Not revealing that it will cost everyone in one way or another. At the same time they will put in the clauses that allow their favorites to reduce their taxes.

The present system is a nightmare of intended bureaucratic complication. A flat tax without exemptions would eliminate billions of government enforcement costs and billions that taxpayers pay to do their taxes. It would be very simple and the fairest system of them all.

At present they are again talking about raising the individual rate to 39+ percent, it is a disgrace that anyone should be expected to give 40% of their income to government. Add their other taxes and they are all giving more than 50% of their income. I believe this is the historical percentage for sharecroppers. A flat tax could be much lower and possibly increase revenue.  The effective tax rate would be the advertised tax rate, not a floating number determined by political considerations.

The whole premise of controlling behaviour through the tax law should be rejected by all Americans, it is the most unfair system of them all. Taxes should be there to pay for the basic functions of government, not to influence behaviour, which we can see has been a dismal failure. Look what government manipulation has created. Chaos.and a distrust of almost all their manipulation.

The tax system has been used to divide Americans. I suspect it will soon be used to punish those not favored by the ruling elite. It is time we had a fair system that treats all Americans equally.
