Have Democrats now crossed the line?

DIRTY POLITICS SEEMS TO BE THE CORE OF THE RESISTANCE

WHEN YOU CAN'T WIN ON THE ISSUES WALLOW IN THE MUD

It seems the Democratic party, who is constantly talking about taking women seriously, really has a poor opinion of the objectivity of American women. They believe that the women of America are obsessed with the inequalities of men women relationships, that they will respond to any calls that point out Republicans hate women, that they are mostly old white men who have and do engage in discrimination against women, who are women and child abusers, and that if they vote for Democrats who are the angels of the oppressed, the underdogs, their lives will now enter the new socialist promised land.

I have more faith in the ability of American women to make reasoned judgement about what is really relevant and what is political bullshit. We must remember all women have fathers, who they love. Many women have husbands who they love and understand. Most important, many women have sons who they love and could possibly have fear that their lives could be ruined by accusations in their future. While all should be concerned about sexual abuse and assault, this whole movement, much in an effort to gain political advantage has gone beyond a quest for justice and accountability. It has become a political weapon in the hope that women will come to polls in large numbers and vote against anyone or any group that the left has labeled with one of their favorite adjectives.

It seems that when you do not have a platform to improve the economic and societal health of the nation, you must stoop to the worst smears and accusations to disqualify your opponent. It is about time that all voters, who are voting in the best long term interests of the country, reject this kind low political campaign. It is appropriate to point out the record and the positions of opponents with out smearing them or their family with unfounded accusations.

I believe that the majority of women, those that are normally adjusted and understand the complexities of life and the interactions between men and women, will reject these damaging and destructive attempts to compel them to vote in a block by gender.

Susan Wild TV ads begin

IS SUSAN WILD A FRAUD OR IS SHE EMBARRASSED BY HER OWN POSITIONS?

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE HONEST WITH THE VOTERS

The campaign TV adds have begun in the Lehigh Valley. After watching the primaries, I thought it would be interesting to see a clear choice for the voters in the 7th Congressional district.

In the last presidential election, the most popular candidates were Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump. Both deserved the respect of the voters for offering a clear picture of what they hoped to accomplish if elected. You did not have to support their positions to at least give them the respect they deserved for not trying to perpetuate fraud on the voters.

I thought we would have the same choice this year in the 7th congressional district election. We had 2 hard fought primaries and lots of exposure for the 2 candidates. Their positions were clear, at least at that time.

We now see Susan Wild's first campaign ads, either she committed fraud on the democratic primary voters or she is embarrassed to run in the general election on her progressive platform. Is she the progressive revolutionary of the primary or the lawyer who defended big corporations and seemed to be an enabler of Crony Capitalism while serving as the solicitor for the Pawlowski administration?

I recently received a comparative flyer on both Wild and Marty Nothstein, this seems to sum up the positions of the candidates from the primaries and in their appearances. While the wording is blunt and short is does seem to be basically what both have said they stand for. We see Wild's first ads talk about vague improvement in education and healthcare, but certainly no specific proposals on anything. We will see if Nothstein is consistent when his ads begin.  Below is a copy of this comparative flyer. You can judge for yourself.

Syrian civil war nears end.

FINAL MAJOR BATTLE IN SYRIA UNDERWAY

ASSAD HAS ENDURED

Image result for idlib province

Preparation for a major offensive on Idlib is complete and bombing of some targets on the edges has begun. After a meeting between the leaders of Turkey, Iran and Russia has been completed it looks like there will not be a peaceful resolution.Turkey wanted a ceasefire, Russia believes that there will not be a ceasefire as there is no communication from the rebels and terrorists in Idlib.

It is reported by the local media, the U.S., Russia and Syria that at least 10,000 El Nusra, Al-Quada terrorists and some U.S. backed rebels are holed up in Idlib.

The U.S. is hoping that a peaceful resolution can be arranged, but the terrorists have vowed to fight to the death. They have also erected gallows throughout the region and threatened to hang anyone who tries to surrender or leave the area.

The region has 3,000,000 civilians and the U.N. estimates 900,000 are at risk from a Syrian assault.

For weeks Russian intelligence claims that the rebels are preparing to launch a false flag chemical attack to bring the U.S. into the conflict. The U.S. has been warning Syria and Russia not to use any chemical weapons and not kill civilians. The rebels can be expected to use the media to foster support for their cause by sending out pictures and videos of civilian deaths.

The rebels would like to keep the area under their control so that they could continue the revolt indefinitely. Some in the U.S. still envision an Assad free Syria and feels it needs to protect the rebels it has been aiding for 7 years.

There have been many atrocities committed by all the factions in Idlib and peace cannot come to Syria until it is cleansed of terrorists.

So it is sort of dilemma for all involved. The U.S. has 2200 troops in Syria and is still unwilling to concede defeat in its attempt to remove Assad from power. The Russians claim they would like to see the Syrian conflict end as it has now become politically unpopular in Russia. The Turks do not want more refugees attempting to enter their country. Israel and the U.S. wants the Iranians out of Syria but that will not happen until the war is over. It seems Trump and Putin have agreed to this proposal.

Most of all, the Syrian people are tired of war and most are willing to accept that Assad has prevailed.

There has already been a return of up to 750,000 Syrians from Turkey and Jordan with many millions more once it is safe to return.

The best situation at this point would be that Assad would make concessions for a more democratic Syria after the conflict ends. This most likely will not happen without a cooperative U.S., Russian effort.

Democrats resort to anarchy and chaos

DESPERATION AND PANIC INCREASE AS MUELLER PROBE CRUMBLES

BACK TO 25TH AMENDMENT TACTIC

Image result for political warfare

As the Brett Kavanaugh hearings wind down, desperation is taking hold of the Democrats and the media. Donald Trump will be successful at placing 2 judges on the supreme court. The Mueller probe is not only not finding any impeachable offenses, but is now exposing many members of the FBI and the Justice department to possible indictment and jail.

We see anarchists in the back row of the supreme court hearings, supplied with passes by the Democratic senators, acting like spoiled children in the supermarket. We also see again anonymous sources as the basis for a book claiming chaos and incompetence in the Trump white house. We also see anonymous insiders of the white house writing op-eds in the New York Times. All claiming the President must be removed immediately in the interest of the country. It is very possible that none of these sources even really exist. The coordinated attack on the president has been going on since before inauguration day. It may even escalate in the months ahead.

If the President is this incompetent and ineffective, what are they worried about? In reality, they are worried because he has been far more effective than they thought possible. They are in a state of fear, not for the country, but for their own survival. This is a political and career life and death struggle for many in government. Those who are in high places and know if the Mueller chain comes off of the Trump administration, many are going to be at the least fired. Many may also be indicted for crimes of treason and conspiracy.

If Trump is allowed to survive, the media will have proven to be corrupt and ineffective. They will need to be reformed if they are to survive. There are enormous stakes involved in the next few months. The goal has been to remove the elected President of the United states in any way possible. This goal has preoccupied the media, the Democrats and the bureaucratic deep state. The fight is not over, a winner has not yet emerged. No matter who wins in this battle, the country will never be the same.

Trump administration's trade talks encouraging

NEW TRADE ARRANGEMENTS WILL BENEFIT U.S. EXPORTERS, AMERICAN WORKERS

MEXICAN WORKERS HELPED WITH NEW AGREEMENT

Image result for trade

Much misinformation has been laid on the American people about the Trump administration's trade negotiations. So far, there appears to be much success. The United States is the largest market in the world. It has by far the largest consumer market on the planet. It is a powerful incentive for trade partners to want to have access to the United States market.

There is no reason to have any tariffs or restrictions on trade goods between first world counties. It would cut a lot of red tape, make most business's become more efficient and be a general benefit for everyone. There has now been a general agreement on trade with the European Union, South Korea, Mexico and negotiations are in progress with Canada. There will soon be a new agreement with Japan.

Before beginning these negotiations, Trump should have had at least 1 prime time explanation of his goals and reasons behind the re negotiations, he should have used an accomplished person with a white board to lay out the facts concerning trade. I believe that would have gone a long way in overcoming the disinformation that has been used to oppose his plans.

One area of concern is the importation of steel and aluminum. The problem is that if no action would have been taken the domestic production of steel and aluminum in the U.S. would have ceased to exist. This situation was caused by massive production of Chinese steel and aluminum. Most of the world's steel and aluminum plants are now re-fabrication plants. They import bulk metal and then re-fabricate as needed by their customers. It may be listed as a product of the EU or Canada, but in reality the raw steel is produced in China. These new agreements will end the labeling of imported goods from China being relabeled by other trading partners.

The United States needs to maintain a vibrant Steel and Aluminum industry to have a guaranteed access to hi-quality materials for our defense industry. Once our industries shut down it could take years to be restarted.

One part of the new agreement with Mexico will require that Mexican Auto workers who manufacture cars and parts will need to earn a minimum $16 an hour to have access to American markets. This will help Mexican workers and may also slow the incentive to immigrate into the U.S.

While trade negotiations with first world countries should be without tariff and restriction, this will not work with third world countries. We insist on having high standards for the environment, worker safety, good wages and benefits for American workers and rightly so. China has few of these requirements, and may even engage in slave labor. While this situation may be a lucrative situation for industries that import their products from China. It will continue to lay the burden for this situation on American labor. While many continue to complain about the growing gap between the top and bottom of the economic ladder in America. This situation can be directly connected to our trade policies.

While many in International business would like to keep these policies as they are getting very rich with them. Then we have the other side who would rather support a guaranteed minimum income, food stamps, rent subsidies etc. rather put Americans to work. It is because they would rather have a permanent dependent class of Americans who are dependent on government subsidies and thereby a guaranteed vote.

The Trump administration could have taken the easy path, let the present trade policies continue, take campaign contribution from those who benefit from this policy and be praised as a principled free trader. You can love or hate the policies of Trump, but you cannot deny that he has taken on long festering problems head on. He is paying the price for bucking the established policies that have benefited the few, at the expense of the long term health of the country.
