IS IMPEACHMENT A DIVERSION FROM THE REAL SCANDAL HANGING OVER WASHINGTON

BIG QUESTION IS, WHO IS THE ARCHITECT OF THE RUSSIA COLLUSION HOAX?

On October 24, it was announced that the team of John Durham who has been investigating, "Operation Crossfire Hurricane" had moved from a review of the Russian investigation to a criminal inquiry. This gives this group the power to subpoena, convene a grand jury and indict.

Durham was appointed in May of 2019 to begin a review  to determine if all action by the FBI concerning the Russia collusion investigation were lawful and appropriate. 

Justice department Inspector General Michael Horowitz has been investigating some of this matter since January, 2017. He is expected to release his report within weeks, concerning why the Foreign Intelligence Act was used to conduct surveillance on the 2016 Trump campaign.

The Media either has ignored these investigations or labeled them conspiracy theories. Much of the questionable behavior that is being investigated has been uncovered by the House Intelligence committee and Inspector Horowitz. They have pretty much outlined the players and the events, but it is now being considered a criminal matter. Many of those involved have at a minimum committed perjury, including FBI directors Comey and McCabe. This investigation has spread to players in Italy, U.K, Australia and Ukraine. How far along these investigations have gone and how long until they are concluded is unknown, but it is rumored that former CIA director John Brennan and DNI director James Clapper have been requested to testify. These would be the bigger fish of political appointees.

There is without a doubt a growing anxiety in these former Obama Administration officials. One must wonder if the hysteria over impeachment is not a strategy to not only damage the president, but to be able to label any indictments of former Obama officials as revenge of the president and the republicans.  

It was assumed, when the Mueller report failed to give the democrats what they needed to impeach Trump,  they and their cohorts in the media would throw the intelligence community under the bus and claim they were given bad information. That is not what happened, they actually doubled down and continue to claim Russia collusion and interference.

This must lead one to believe there are much bigger fish involved and at risk than political appointees. There are indications that this story originated by members of the Obama administration along with Hillary Clinton's media people. They were able to begin the narrative through leaks to designated media reporters to draw a picture of Russian collusion and interference aiding the Trump campaign. The intelligence community then used these narratives to conduct the investigation.

We don't know if any inside people have been persuaded to testify, but one name is of some consideration. You will take notice that when the Trump people name a list of those who are part of the conspiracy they no longer list Rod Rosenstein, the acting attorney general who tried to have Mueller appointed FBI director and then 2 days later named him special council. He stayed on with Justice Department until the Mueller report was finalized and then seems to have disappeared.

Syria, ISIS ,Michael Flynn & Obama

GEN. FLYNN REPORTED RISE OF ISIS AND WAS FIRED

FLYNN MAY BE FINALLY RECEIVING JUSTICE

Michael Flynn was a Lt. General who served as the director of the Defense Intelligence agency in the Obama administration from 2012-2014. In 2014 he raised concerns that Al-Quida and ISIS was becoming a strong threat in Syria. He also disagreed with the U.S. support of Syrian rebels who it appeared were part of ISIS and Al-Quida. He was castigated by the Obama administration and forced to resign. His reporting did not fit into the media narrative of all was well in Syria and Iraq.

Flynn was the first casualty of the assault on the new Trump Administration. James Comey, then FBI director, admitted that he knew that the Trump Administration was new and inexperienced. He laughed when he stated that he sent Peter Struzk and another FBI agent to the white house to interview Flynn. The usual policy of such an interview would be to go through the white house council's office and have Flynn have council present. Flynn, a 33 year army veteran with a distinguished career, willingly talked to the FBI, believing it was just a routine conversation. 

Flynn had no way of knowing that the entire Trump campaign was under surveillance, the FBI had a better memory of everything that Flynn said or who he met with during the political campaign.

The initial interview was recorded on a form and both FBI agents believed he told the truth, It is now reported that the forms were altered by Lisa Page. This information has now come to light.

Flynn was threatened that he and his son, who did some lobbying for Turkey, were going to be prosecuted for numerous crimes. He was given the option of resigning his position as National Security director and pleading guilty to a minor charge of lying to the FBI. Flynn reluctantly pleaded guilty, feeling he was trapped. He was not wealthy, was forced to sell his home and was financially ruined. He also feared for his son. Flynn was the first to be targeted by the opponents of the Trump administration.

It is now expected that Flynn may be the first to be exonerated. Whether his reputation and financial situation can be restored is unlikely.

PERFECTLY  EXECUTED PLAN TAKES OUT ISIS ARCHITECT

In September of 2018, there was much reporting that Idlib Province in northwestern Syria was the last stronghold of ISIS and other Syrian rebels. Russia and Syrian forces had amassed and actually began shelling strategic parts in preparation of an invasion of the area.

Turkey loudly protested such a move as it contains over 3 million civilians and 10,000 ISIS and other rebel groups. They feared another influx of refugees and mass civilian casualties. Turkey was joined by the United States in convincing Russia and Syria to not complete the planned offensive. One of the reasons for the U.S. objections was this area was also populated by U.S. supported Syrian rebels. There were still hopes by many in the U.S. establishment of forcing Assad from power even though this was already unlikely at that time.

Saturday saw the elimination of the leader, founder and architect of the ISIS caliphate. Abu-Bakr-Al-Bagdadi and many of his cohorts were killed by U.S. special forces. It was a perfectly executed plan that saw no deaths or serious injuries to U.S. forces. A great accomplishment by our military and intelligence services. While this does not eliminate ISIS threats from small groups and individuals it is a major blow to the hoped resurrection of ISIS as an organized threat. 

Al-Bagdadi had the talent and organizational skills to have been successful in many productive endeavors, sadly he chose a dead-end path of terror and brutal destruction. He will be succeeded by someone, but it is unlikely that he can be replaced.

This operation would not have been possible without the cooperation of Turkey, Russia and probably Syria. 

It may be an indication of the future of anti-terrorist strategies. Using our great military in a way that they are trained to be used, rather than a world police force. This also requires cooperation and reasonable relations with others in the area that may not be allies, but who have common interests in certain areas. It can be assumed that the intelligence needed originated in either Syria or Turkey.

Better than invasion, occupation and nation building, might be to have such a rapid deployment force that could put up to 500 men on the ground with accompanying air power, do what is needed and get out. This could be flexible with targets ranging from individuals to concentrations of the enemy. At present the fear and respect of U.S. power has been diminished by occupation and rules of engagement. Elimination of threats to the U.S. could possibly be undertaken in this way.

None of this is possible without good reliable intelligence on the ground. While many criticize this administrations attempt to have dialogue and some cooperation with countries and foreign leaders who are not our allies, there are many times positive results could be accomplished by having a respectful relationship in areas of mutual interest.

Many questions remain about the compilation of the infamous Trump Dossier. We do know that Fusion GPS, founded in 2009,  was commissioned by an unknown wealthy republican in the service of candidate Marco Rubio,  to do opposition research on Donald Trump and other republican candidates.  Rubio stopped the work in May of 2016 after Trump had clinched the nomination. In June, GPS was hired by attorneys at Perkins Coie to engage in opposition research on the Trump campaign. Perkins Coie was paid  $9.2 million dollars by the Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National committee. Fusion GPS was paid $1.02 million by Perkins Coie. 

Glen Simpson of Fusion GPS who had contacts in the FBI and one of his employees who specialized in research on Russia was married to Bruce Ohr Asst. Deputy Attorney General. Somehow Simpson was directed to Christopher Steele a former MI-6 agent who retired and opened his own intelligence agency in London called Orbis Business Intelligence.

The exact date of Steele's commission has not been released, but began in sometime in June 2016. Amazingly Steele was able to send his first report to Simpson on June 20,2016. This timeline suggests that the work was in progress before this date. This lengthy report stated that Trump was compromised by the Russians 8 years before. He reported that the Russians had much dirt on Trump concerning personal activities and financial dealings in Russia. He continued to send reports weekly until Dec, 2016. 

According to Paul Roderick Gregory, a Texas writer and historian, who has experience with Russian intelligence since the 1960's, the reports appear to have been written by a Russian intelligence person. He makes his observation due to problems with English and the capitalization of all names, which was a typical Russian practice. He also states that the kind of gossip and information could not be gathered by third parties. Leaks of this kind do not happen in Russian intelligence. He also states that every accusation listed cannot be verified in any way. Trump also had no business dealing in Russia.

The interesting question is, who wrote or compiled this information? 

It is a fact that Steele was the head of the Russian desk in London, until he retired in 2009. He was known to have been involved in the investigation into poisoned Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko. He is most likely to have known Sergei Skripal, a Russian double agent from 1995 to 2004, He was arrested in Russia and eventually traded for British spies in 2010. He was poisoned in the UK in March of 2018. Authorities claim it was Russia that was behind the poisoning. No one has come up with a motive for attempting to kill a former agent, 8 years after being released. Could Skripal have been the author of the Dossier?

Christopher Steele admitted under questioning that he did not have any first hand proof of the allegations. He claimed that he received the information from other parties who he paid for the information. He claims they were former Russian agents who had contacts in Russia. Skripal was just such a person. It was highly unlikely he had access to any current real intelligence in Russia.

Now, it is suspected that Skripal was poisoned with Novochok a nerve agent produced by Russia from 1971-1993. This poison is unique to Russia, so would Russians use this if  they wanted to conceal who did it. Samples of this nerve agent were transferred to western counties including the United States and the UK and antidotes have been developed.

Steele has many contacts to British intelligence, his partner Christopher Burrows, Richard Dearlove, Andrew Woods who handed the dossier to Sen John McCain. He also had dealings with Victoria Nuland assistant Secretary of state under Obama and connections to the Ukrainian revolution. He has testified that he was a supporter of the Clinton's.

So did the Russians poison Skripal because he was a go between with Russian intelligence, who actually authored the Dossier, or was it the work of others who feared he would be compromised and reveal who really wrote the fabricated dossier?

Steele was reported to have been paid $168,000. Who and how much did he pay his informants? This should not be too hard to find out by professional agents, if they really want to know the truth.

COURT IN TEXAS OK'S HORMONE THERAPY FOR 7 YEAR OLD BOY

A Texas court has ruled against a father who is fighting to have custody of his 7 yr old son, to save him from being transitioned to a girl at the insistence of his mother. 

This case again brings to light this abhorrent practice that has become all to common in this modern world. The practice of hormone gender transition for treatment of Gender Dysphoria is being practiced on minor boys.

The mother of the boy in question claims the boy likes to dress up in dresses and would like to have a girls name. The mother is a pediatrician by profession.

Gender Dysphoria is claimed to be caused by an imbalance of hormones to the fetus during pregnancy.

Cases are diagnosed by counseling to conclude that the party in question is really a girl in a boys body. 

The prescribed therapy is then to treat the subject with hormone blockers, so that the patient will not mature during puberty as a male. Then they are given female hormones so that they will take on the physical characteristics of a female. One problem is they still will have the sexual parts of a boy.

There is no real possibility of making a male into a functioning female, even with gender reassignment surgery.

Many older people who have engaged in this practice often later regret it. There is also a very high rate of suicide among trans-gender people.

These are not decisions that should be made by minor children or their parents. What do these young children really know about gender and the consequences of this therapy.

This practice should be outlawed, and anyone who is responsible for giving or consenting to such therapy for a minor should be severally punished.

When someone reaches the age of 21, then they can make these decisions if they think it is what they need to do. Can anyone predict what is going to be someones view of their gender after they go through normal puberty?

These are the types of experiments that we have seen in the past in Nazi Germany. Today, it seems anything is acceptable if people are intimidated by fearing they are not politically correct.

Syrian peace plan, years in making

SYRIAN PEACE PLAN RESULT OF ASTANA MEETINGS

HOPE TO END THE SYRIAN DISASTER

The last few weeks we have seen the results of plans that have been in the making since 2017. These meetings have been held in Astana Kazakhstan. the main participants have been Russia, Turkey and Iran. There has been input by all the neighboring countries in the region including Syria, Israel, Saudi Arabia , Jordan and Syrian opposition groups. There has also been consultation between Russia and Turkey and the United States.

Russia has much leverage with Syria, after-all without Russian intervention, Assad would have likely been killed and Syria overrun by ISIS. Russia also has leverage over Iran. The United States can put pressure on Turkey to not take advantage of the situation.

One of the biggest roadblocks has been the Syrian Kurd situation. There were attempts by Russia to negotiate a independent area for the Kurds, but it could not be accomplished. Turkey has been fighting sporadically with a Kurdish independence movement for decades, they do not want any such situation on their southern border. This all came to a head in the last few weeks, when Turkey took the first step in implementing the plan. 

This plan is to establish a 20 mile wide safe zone in northern Syria, it is now being patrolled by a joint effort by Turkey and Russia. The plan is to demilitarize this area and also stop illegal cross traffic across this border. Then the plan calls for $50 billion in a reconstruction of housing and infrastructure in this area and then the repatriation of several million Syrian refugees.

The Syrian refuge crisis has already cost Turkey over $40 billion and created financial and political problems in Jordan and Europe.

There have been pledges made by Saudi-Arabia and other Gulf countries. I am sure there will be contributions made by the EU and other western countries.

The United States has secured the Syrian oil assets so they are not accessible to Iran or  ISIS remnants. These assets will eventually be turned over to a stabilized Syria.

There also is a formation of a Syrian constitutional committee, made up of Syrian parties. It is the hope to implement these agreements after Syria is stabilized.

There was much division in the United States foreign policy establishment. They were committed to the removal of Assad from power. It also seems that they may have preferred a destabilized and fragmented Syria . While Trump was not in a political position to be an active member of this plan, he was kept abreast of the negotiations by both Turkey and Russia. He did agree to not get in the way of this attempt to bring a peaceful resolution to the Syrian disaster.

There are accusations that his was an impulsive and not thought out decision by Trump and Turkey, that is just a lot of disinformation. There also are the claims that this is a political win for Russia and Iran. If it brings about peace and stability to this part of the world, so be it.  If this plan is successful it will be a win for everyone.

As Biden sinks, Democrat delima grows

WARREN AND SANDERS SCARING HELL OUT OF DONORS

As we watch the slow decline of Democratic leader Joe Biden, we also see anxiety growing in the establishment of the democratic party. Joe Biden is without  a doubt the insider candidate in this race. He has already asserted than China is not a threat to the United States. He believes the past trade deals are just fine. If elected he can be counted on in protecting the past administration from any legal exposure to past actions. If elected, He will turn the administration of the government over to the entrenched bureaucracy that has been running the country for decades.

On the other hand, Elizabeth Warren may be unmanageable. She may actually believe that she will decide what direction the country will take. There is a question as to her sincerity. To sum it up, she is not to be trusted to sit back and let the machine run the show. She also is a threat to the biggest donors of the Democratic party, Silicone valley and Wall Street. She also lights up like a light bulb by the crowds adoration, can she handle so much power?  If she becomes the nominee, she may cost the party 100's of millions of support.

As for Bernie Sanders, he is who you see. He is the most honest candidate next to Trump.  He is open about his socialist plans and willing to fight to remake America. It is doubtful that he would turn over decision making to anyone. I suspect the establishment bureaucracy is scared to death of Sanders.

That's why you are now hearing rumblings of a search for a savior of the party. 

Hillary is willing, but she has more baggage than anyone could bear.

Bloomberg is rich and a past Republican, never happen with the base.

Kerry is a bit of a loser, like Biden.

Many talk about Michelle Obama, she is unproven as a candidate and could end up as a disaster.

Opra Winfrey, way too smart to go down that road.

They really need a fresh competent face. Trouble is to be acceptable to this new democratic party and having the competent experience to be a good Presidential candidate may be an oxymoron. 

Their best bet is to go to one of their most loyal areas of support, Hollywood. Hire an experienced actor, who can read the perfect script, who is tall, handsome, and can say all the right things. He can be the perfect President, give all the right speeches, have the perfect image, be politically correct at all times, and at the same time let the deep state just keep running the real show. He would be the exact opposite of Trump, just what they want.

Emoluments clause, and Trump

DOES THE CONSTITUTION FORBID OFFICE HOLDERS FROM HAVING INTEREST IN PRIVATE BUSINESS 

SHOULD ONLY CAREER POLITICIANS BE ALLOWED TO RUN FOR OFFICE?

Ever since Donald Trump has been elected president, there have been accusations of self-interest. The Emolument Clause , Article 1, Section 9, paragraph 8  is most often sited, What does it say exactly?

"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

The plain purpose of the foreign emoluments clause was to ensure that the country's leaders would not be improperly influenced, even unconsciously, through gift giving, then a common and generally corrupt practice among European rulers and diplomats.

This is often cited in regards to Trump  and his family owning hotels and resorts were foreign leaders stay while in the United States. Suits regarding this have twice been rejected by the courts. There is nothing in the constitution that would apply to normal business that is not connected to the federal Government. Some opponents of the President believe one must liquidate all private business holdings to hold public office. This is ridiculousness. 

There is a second Emoluments clause, refereed to the"Domestic Emoluments clause", in Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 7.

"Which prohibits the president from receiving any "Emolument" from the federal government or the states beyond "a compensation " for his "Services" as chief executive."

This may be something that is less clear. If you were the owner or had an interest in a defense contracting business. It would be unlikely that your company could engage in business with the government. It would at least require competitive bidding and scrutiny.

There was much uproar on Trump's announcement that he proposes to hold the next G7 meeting at his company owned resort in Miami, Fl.," Doral International". I am sure there would have been much scrutiny, law suits, House hearings, and accusations. Within a few days of the announcement, the idea was withdrawn. Much would have had to do with who was going to pay for this? I don't have an answer. Would the price have been in excess of what the cost would be somewhere else? Should there be competitive bidding? It would have eventually been decided by the court.

Whether this was a serious proposal or just another baiting of the Democrats and the media we may never know. One thing for sure, Trump has been known to place an issue into the debate that will keep his name in the news at the expense of his political opponents.

Is California plotting to take over their electric utilities?

CALIFORNIA UTILITIES UNDER THE GUN

LAWSUITS AND FINES HAVE PUT THEM INTO BANKRUPTCY

Pacific Gas and Electric filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 14, 2019. They have been hit with lawsuits that could total 20 billion dollars. They also agreed to compensate local government to the tune of 1 billion dollars. This all stems from wildfires that may have been started by downed power lines in 2017 and 2018.

PG&E is the largest utility in California, there are 3 others in the state.

PG&E was forced into bankruptcy in 2001 when the state passed rules that PG&E must provide all the electricity that was demanded and set the price. In the midst of a drought they lost the use of their hydro-electric generation and were forced to purchase electricity from other providers at high prices. The California Public Utilities commission refused to allow them to raise prices to minimize there losses.

The state is also planning on restricting the use of natural gas in the state.

California has mandated that all new construction must be fitted with solar Panels and Charging stations for electric cars.

In October of this year California's utilities shut off some electric service as a precaution due to heavy winds and dry conditions. The risk of downed trees and possible sparks from downed power lines were just too great.

Now there is outrage that the utilities have caused inconvenience to their customers and the state is attempting to force them to reimburse customers who were affected.

There is much condemnation of the electric utilities that their stock holders are profiting from the company, condemning them for paying bonuses to their management.

It appears the stage is being set to drive the utilities out of business and be the first state to take over the utilities business. It will provide jobs for bureaucrats, but will the state be able to do better than the private sector. They can expect higher prices and reduced service.

The electric providers in this country have invested trillions in infrastructure with no cost to taxpayers. They have provided electric energy at a very modest cost. They should certainly be protected from suits for damages brought about by natural disasters. Does anyone believe that such suits would be tolerated if it was a state run utility?

California should possibly be more concerned with the unsanitary conditions in their cities. The possibility of an epidemic is growing by the day. It is a hazard in the making that could effect the rest of the country.

Hillary Clinton outs Tulsi Gabbard as Russian Asset.

HILLARY CLAIMS RUSSIANS WILL SUPPORT TULSI AS A THIRD PARTY CANDIDATE

The trauma of losing an election that was considered, " In the Bag", in more ways than one, has finally pushed poor Hillary Clinton over the edge.  

She has publicly claimed that Tulsi Gabbard is obviously a Russian Agent because she has spoken out against the U.S. policy of Regime change. 

Regime change was the predominate policy during the Obama presidency, especially while Hillary was Secretary of State. It started in Ukraine, then Egypt, Libya, Syria, Russia and even Israel. The previous administration under Bush was also in favor of this policy.

This policy has resulted in the death of hundreds of thousands in the middle east, destabilized every country in the region and also created a world migration crisis. It displaced millions of people, separated families and destroyed their livelihood and everything they had. It also created an environment for other nations to meddle in our politics.

Hillary goes on to predict that Tulsi Gabbard will run as a third party candidate with Russian support, all in an effort to re-elect Donald Trump. If anything encourages Tulsi to run as an independent it would be the trash talking by Hillary and some other democrats. 

Hillary claims Tulsi's opposition to regime change in Syria proves she is a Russian Asset. Wow, there must be a lot of Russian assets everywhere.

Hillary also claims that Jill Stein, the green party candidate in 2016, is also a Russian asset.

Tulsi Gabbard supported Bernie Sanders in the 2016 primary, but Clinton in the general election.race.

This whole presidential election thing has gotten way out of hand, it has most definitely affected the mental health of many. We had an election, one side wins, one side loses, there are no participation trophies and second place doesn't count. It has always been this way. Just get over it.
