COVID FACTSHEETS TO BE GIVEN RECIPIENTS TO MAKE INFORMED DECISION

The below are found on the FDA web page to provide the risks and benefits of the emergency use authorized vaccines available as of now. They are published there for recipients to make an informed decision about their health decisions. This is new guidance updated Aug. 12, 2021
