Rittenhouse situation is classic self defense.

THERE WILL NOT BE GUILTY VERDICT FOR RITTENHOUSE 

SPENDS DAY ON THE STAND IN HIS OWN DEFENSE

It is always a risky play to put a murder defendant on the stand to speak in his own defense. Especially for an 18 year old who has been demonized by the press as an evil murderer. Kyle Rittenhouse did just that yesterday and while the prosecutor tried to picture Rittenhouse as a wanna be fireman, medic and other attempts to portray him as the instigator in this tragic series of events, the testimony and video evidence showed Rittenhouse to have acted with all the classic examples of self-defense.

Rittenhouse detailed how he came to Kenosha to help in the defence of the car dealerships that had been looted, burned and vandalized. He brought fire extinguishers and first aid equipment. While a lengthy story of the night was put together it detailed how he was attempting to put out a fire in a truck when confronted by several protester. One of these protesters had warned Rittenhouse earlier if he caught him alone he was going to kill him. 

Rittenhouse dropped his fire extinguisher and ran toward an area being held by the police. He eventually came face to face with his pursuer who reached for his rifle and Rittenhouse fired. He then continued  to flee toward the police line when he was struck by stones and a skateboard and fell to the ground, while on his back another pursuer again attempted to take his rifle and he fired. This was followed by a third pursuer with a handgun who confronted Rittenhouse and when he pointed his weapon at Rittenhouse he fired. Two men died and 1 was injured in his arm. 

Rittenhouse then continued to the police line and told them what happened and they told him to leave the area. He then went home and within hours turned himself in at the local police station.

Rittenhouse did everything and more to qualify for a self-defense verdict. He tried to withdraw from the confrontation. He was pursued, he did not fire on anyone until they were at arms length distance. It was all videotaped and even verified by the surviving attacker.

Why these people continued to pursue the armed Rittenhouse will likely never be known. It can only be assume that Rittenhouse was very young, 17, and they doubted he would use his weapon. I suspect they would have liked to disarm him and then beat him to make an example of him. There were other older well equipped ex-military people there and it was when Rittenhouse was separated from these other men that they attacked him. 

Either way it was a series of poor decisions by everyone that ended in this tragedy. While Rittenhouse will not be found guilty in this trial, his life will forever be changed. Hopefully he will be able to move past it and have a rewarding and peaceful life in the future.

Chapter 1 of the Durham probe is finally being written.

 WILL BIDEN ATTEMPT OF END PROBE BEFORE IT GETS TO THE BIG FISH

NO HEALING OF COUNTRY POSSIBLE WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY OF PEOPLE IN HIGH PLACES

Members of the present administration as well of the Obama administration knew before the inauguration of President Trump that the Russian collusion story was a hoax. There is documented proof of that. Along with these democrat operatives were members of the FBI, CIA and UK intelligence, all knew it was a fake story. So did Adam Schiff, the democrat leader of the house intelligence committee. So did the major media, yet they all continued to push this story in the hopes of driving Donald Trump from office. They often voiced that they had proof of the collusion. 

 In the last few weeks we have seen the first indictments starting from the very source of the story. We will see if it advances all the way through to expose them all. 

The nation is now divided to the greatest extent since the Civil War. It will not heal until this whole story is written and those responsible held accountable. It was without a doubt an attempted coup of the U.S. president. 

On October 24, 2019 it was announced that the team of John Durham who has been investigating, "Operation Crossfire Hurricane" had moved from a review of the Russian investigation to a criminal inquiry. This gives this group the power to subpoena, convene a grand jury and indict.

Durham was appointed in May of 2019 to begin a review  to determine if all action by the FBI concerning the Russia collusion investigation were lawful and appropriate. 

Justice department Inspector General Michael Horowitz had been investigating some of this matter since January, 2017. 

The Media either has ignored these investigations or labeled them conspiracy theories. Much of the questionable behavior that is being investigated has been uncovered by the House Intelligence committee and Inspector Horowitz. They have pretty much outlined the players and the events, but it is now being considered a criminal matter. Many of those involved have at a minimum committed perjury, including FBI directors Comey and McCabe. This investigation has spread to players in Italy, U.K, Australia and Ukraine. How far along these investigations have gone and how long until they are concluded is unknown, but it is rumored that former CIA director John Brennan and DNI director James Clapper have been requested to testify. These would be the bigger fish of political appointees.

There is without a doubt a growing anxiety in these former Obama Administration officials. One must wonder if the hysteria over impeachment was not a strategy to not only damage the president, but to be able to label any indictments of former Obama officials as revenge of the president and the republicans.  

It was assumed, when the Mueller report failed to give the democrats what they needed to impeach Trump,  they and their cohorts in the media would throw the intelligence community under the bus and claim they were given bad information. That is not what happened, they actually doubled down and continue to claim Russia collusion and interference.

This must lead one to believe there are much bigger fish involved and at risk than political appointees. There are indications that this story originated by members of the Obama administration along with Hillary Clinton's media people. They were able to begin the narrative through leaks to designated media reporters to draw a picture of Russian collusion and interference aiding the Trump campaign. The intelligence community then used these narratives to conduct the investigation.

We don't know if any inside people have been persuaded to testify, but one name is of some consideration. You will take notice that when the Trump people name a list of those who are part of the conspiracy they no longer list Rod Rosenstein, the acting attorney general who tried to have Mueller appointed FBI director and then 2 days later named him special council. He stayed on with Justice Department until the Mueller report was finalized and then seems to have disappeared.

When are members of the government, democrat operatives and media people going to put the interests of the country ahead of their personal interest and bring this sad saga of American politics to a conclusion. All this talk of preserving Democracy and saving the nation are just hot air until they stand up and come clean.

Anti-Biden chants started with college football.

When college football resumed earlier this fall fans began sending a message to Joe Biden concerning his administration discouraging attendance at these events. Every game had chants of  "F**k Joe Biden". It then spread to other events and eventually appeared at NASCAR events. It was at one of these events on October 1, that Brandon Brown was being interviewed by NBC reporter Kelly Stavast, the interview was being drowned out by chants of "F**k Joe Biden", the NBC interviewer attempted to cover it up by claiming the crowd was chanting "Lets Go Brandon". Her attempt then became viral on social media and  " Let's go Brandon" became a mockery of the news attempt to cover the anti Biden message. 

It was not long before there were T-shirts, hats, flags and even rap songs encouraging " Let's go Brandon" It is still considered a derogatory chant aimed at Joe Biden, just somewhat sanitised.

So that is the story, it all began with college football and has now become the latest political message to go viral. It may become as well known as "Deplorables ". It wasn't really started by right wing activists, but just college football enthusiasts who wanted to go back to attending football games.

Attempts at suppressing and censoring,"Let's go Brandon" will likely increase its use and place in history, similar to "Kilroy was here" many years ago.

Is Climate change the path to global government?

 U.S. NEEDS CONGRESS TO APPROVE ENERGY COMMITMENTS

NO REPLACEMENT FOR FOSSIL FUELS ON THE HORIZON

We see a lot of hot air coming out of the climate change meetings this past week. We see many promising they will cut green house gases in the next decade. Of course, this does not include China, India and most third world countries as they along with U.K. continue to build fossil fuel energy plants. They may mean well, but there is not a suitable replacement for fossil fuels at this time. They really don't have a real plan to actually cut emissions.

We see that the Biden administration has passed a bill with $550 billion in renewable energy subsidies. This will mostly go to solar companies installing solar in private homes paid for by the government. All these solar systems need maintenance, need to be replaced in the future. Is the government going to pay for the maintenance, repair or replacement. While it may be a boon to solar installation companies, will individuals be able to afford to repair and maintain these systems? They will need to be assisted by another source when it is cloudy, raining or off line.

So far the U.S. plan seems to be to enact policies to raise the price of all energy. In effect they want to take control of the energy available in the United States. Obama made the remark that they expect to raise the price of electricity 3x to force renewable energy, but there is not a viable alternative for fossil fuels at this time. If they succeed in raising the price then we can expect an added tax on energy to subsidise energy for  those who are priced out of the market. We can expect fuel cards and electric subsides. In effect government control of the whole energy market. Possibly even government approval if you or your company qualifies for energy at all.

It seems they are also pledging to cut methane, which will likely be an effort to control how many cows and cattle can be produced to cut methane gasses. Government will then be able decide who can raise beef or cows or hogs and raise the costs. This can be followed by more subsides and food stamps for those less fortunate.

Most of the world is not committing to these measures but the U.S. will handicap its economy by continuing to instill fear of imminent doom. 

If these politicians were serious about cutting emissions they would look to find a real replacement for fossil fuels. All the money they are going to waist in installing temporary solutions and hobling the economy could be better spent on developing a real alternative to fossil fuels. So, it appears that they are more interested in government expansion and control rather than real solutions. 

I expect we will soon hear we need a global remedy with the power of enforcement to save the planet from ourselves. Make no mistake, Global government is a dream by many of the elite in this world.

Major source for dossier and Russian collusion. U.S. based analyst

IGOR DANCHENKO, PRIMARY SOURCE OF DOSSIER

UKRAINIAN BORN, RUSSIAN EDUCATED, BROOKINGS ANALYST

The identity of the primary source of the Christopher Steele dossier has been revealed to be Igor Danchenko. Danchenko was born in the Ukraine in 1988, and studied at Moscow University. He has been a resident of the United States and has been a senior foreign policy analyst  for the Brookings Institute. He has written an article in conjunction with Fiona Hill who was a witness in the impeachment inquiry. She was noted in praising the political activism of George Soros during her testimony.

It seems that the democrat opposition research group Fusion GPS directed him to Christopher Steel the British consultant, ex MI6 agent with strong connections to British intelligence. Steele then assembled the dossier which he sent back to Fusion GPS and shopped it around Washington and the media. Danchenko really had no credible sources in Russia.

Danchenko was interviewed by the FBI in January 2017, at the beginning of the Russian collusion inquiry and he admitted he had no real verifiable information. In effect, the FBI knew before Trump was inaugurated that the whole collusion theory was a fantasy paid for and assembled by Democrat operatives. 

Fisa warrants continued to be issued on this information and Democrat operatives like Adam Schiff daily testified that he had credible information about Russian collusion.

The Ukrainian impeachment inquiry began within days of Roberts Mueller's report that found no evidence of Russian collusion, when he knew that to be the case over 2 years earlier.

Many of the same players from inside the state department and the intelligence community, Fiona Hill, Alexander Vindman,  and Eric Ciaramello were involved in both conspiracies and also engaged in leaks to the media to discredit Trump. These people were all loyal protegees of former CIA director John Brennan. It seems they were all concerned about Trump's goal of reevaluating U.S. foreign policy.

While foreign policy may have been an motive for some to break the law and take matters into their own hands there is also many who had severe legal liability for their actions during the past administration. It is likely that people in higher positions used these people with ties to Ukraine to help to cover their corrupt dealings.

Danchenko was indicted yesterday for 5 counts including lying to the FBI.  He is now the third indictment in this matter, so far little fish. Most everyone knows who the big fish are. We can expect big time push back soon form the Biden administration. 

Dems claim racism is cause of losses.

 THE RACIST DEMOCRATS JUST CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY CAN LOSE AN ELECTION FOR ANY OTHER REASON

IF IT IS ABOUT POLICY THEY WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE

It is clear that even democrats don't believe in their own policy, that is why they obsess on personalities, race and anything other than what is important to the long term health of the country. Race is their number one go to for attributing blame when their polices are rejected. 

Yesterday, they had a long list of causes:

1. Failure to get their program enacted. They really believe in vote buying. So are we to believe that blacks did not come out because they didnt get free stuff. That is as racist a logic as it can get. 

2. Non-college educated White women voted for republicans because they are all racist. Another indication of their own racism.

3. Opposition to teaching, "Critical race theory" to school children is just more racism. No, Critical race Theory is real racism, plain and simple. It is being taught in the schools, although they don't call it by its title.

The Democrats can not run an election on the issues facing real Americans, they hide their agenda because they know it will be rejected.  Continually creating boogie men of racist and white supremacists. Just another example of their own racism. 

Biden: Unifier or Provocateur

IS BIDEN'S GOAL TO PROVOKE CIVIL UNREST?

If you can remember, Biden was portrayed as a healer and a unifier, in reality he has been just the opposite. 

We have witnessed his heavy handed mandates concerning vaccinations, not acknowledging any legitimate reasons for forgoing these new type of vaccines. Whether medical or having acquired immunity from surviving the illness, only a vaccine will be acceptable. He has jeopardized the livelihood of many front line essential workers who worked through the worst days of the pandmeic, often becoming ill from the virus as they did their jobs. 

He has deserted hundreds of American citizens in Afghanistan, citizens who put themselves at risk to implement this countries foreign policy. It seems they are all unimportant and expendable.

At the same time he is allowing an unprecedented invasion of our southern border without any care of the possible health effects on American citizens by allowing illegal migrants to enter without any testing or vaccinations. Then busing and flying them at taxpayer expense to every corner of the nation. 

Biden stopped construction on the border wall in his first day, paying $2 billion in penalties to contractors, then has a $500,000 wall constructed at his home at taxpayer expense.

Now he is proposing rewarding these same illegal immigrants, who were separated from their children because they could not prove that they were related. Federal law requires this separation for the safety of the children.  Biden is proposing rewarding them with $450,00 per person and $1 million per family. This is more money than the government pays to families of soldiers, policeman and others who die on duty.

We see the exaggerated treatment of those who protested in Washington voicing concerns about the election.  While at the same time his Vice-President and other democrats made sure to create a fund to bail out Antifa and other left wing rioters, looters and arsonists in many major cities leading up to the election. Their DOJ encouraged dropping of the charges on those rioters.

We see his proposal to require the reporting of all financial transaction of citizens in excess of $600. Does anyone doubt that this unconstitutional infringement is being designed to selectively punish those who may oppose his policies? 

We see him ask the DOJ to consider the voicing of objections by parents at school board meetings as terrorism.

This is without a doubt the most authoritarian and constitution breaking administration in U.S. history.

I have not seen one effort from this president and his administration to bring about any healing or  reaching out for common ground. It is clear that his priority is increasing power and the American citizens should just shut up and submit.

Yesterday, Americans were able to demonstrate that they have thumbs too, expect to see escalating thumbing coming in the next year.
