Obama administrations obsession with Flynn phone calls.

WERE THEY WORRIED ABOUT WHAT KISLYAK MIGHT TELL FLYNN?

TIME TO DE-CLASSIFY THE RECORDING OF THESE CALLS

Breaking down Michael Flynn's lies about his Russia calls ...

Michael Flynn was the first casualty of the Russian investigation. In the end of December 2016, incoming Director of National Intelligence Michael Flynn had several phone conversations with Russian ambassador  Sergey Kislyak. It seems that everyone in the Obama administration was very interested in what these conversations were about.

The standard answer is that there were talks about the U.S. sanctions being placed on Russia by the outgoing Obama administration. It has been revealed that Flynn asked the ambassador to not retaliate and give the new administration time to set its own policy with Russia. There is much controversy about this claim that Flynn was undermining U.S. policy. It just does not add up. It was the last days of the Obama administration, you would think most people in the administration would be focusing on the next phase of their lives. Yet it has been revealed that everyone was concerned about these conversations.

General Flynn knew Kislyak for some time, as did everyone in Washington, it seems Kislyak made a point of being at every function he could in Washington and had conversations with Republicans and Democrats about many things. He was Russia's ambassador and was doing what he was supposed to be doing. Flynn was an open advocate for improving and normalizing relations with Russia so it should not have been unusual for them to be speaking.

It is time that these conversations be made public. They remain classified and it seems no one has seen or heard these conversations. The prosecution has made much about Flynn's not remembering what was actually said and it was the basis for lying to the FBI charges. The Mueller team only revealed those parts that supported their accusations.

One must wonder if the Obama administration was more worried about what Kislyak may tell Flynn, rather than the what Flynn may tell Kislyak. What could Kislyak tell him that the Obama administration feared so much to cause this amount of hysteria. It is similar to conversations with Ukraine about corruption between the Biden's and Ukraine oligarchs. Those were enough to prompt impeachment proceedings to stop any further revelations.

Without a doubt there has been a concerted effort by everyone in the Obama administration to intimidate anyone in the Trump administration from even talking to Russians. This includes the president himself who has been accused of being a Russian agent and having ties with Russia.

Lets start by declassifying these conversations and let the world see what has everyone so concerned. If it casts a bad light on Flynn, then their concern may be justified, I suspect they are more concerned about something else.
