Biden signs illegal agreement with Ukraine.

 TREATIES NEED A VOTE BY THE SENATE TO BE CONSTITUTIONAL

JUST ANOTHER INDICATION OF CORRUPTION

This weekend in a much publicized event, the President of the United States signed a 10 year security agreement with Ukraine. A blatant unconstitutional act that needed to be approved by 2/3 of the Senate to be legal. Of course, that is no longer how things are done in this country and thankfully it is a non binding agreement that can be discarded at any time, much like the Iranian nuclear deal that was never entered into in a legal way.

Much of the fault is the Senate itself, which is led by a bunch of geriatric bureaucrats that do not appreciate or actually believe in a constitutional process. It is like most everything in this country a narrative, appearances and good feelings on the road to perdition.

So far, I have not heard one word of opposition from even 1 Senator. We may hear from Rand Paul eventually, but he will be discounted as a malcontent and maybe even a Putin apologist. 

I suspect in todays atmosphere, if this was brought to a vote in the Senate, they would pass it, but they would rather just let it go rather than go on the record. Secondly they can all disavow this agreement when they find it to be more appropriate politically.

We continually hear about democracy and the rule of law, but it is increasingly apparent that it is again just a narrative, not a reality.
